Masks required. Pretty standard for medical places I've been going to. WAIT TIME: I suggest coming 15-20 minutes earlier than your appointment time to accommodate finding parking, walking from the parking spot, and filling out paperwork. You also have to do more paperwork when passing by billing. Bringing a book, headphones, or work to do helps pass the time in the waiting room. DR. KASPER: I have been seeing Dr. Kasper for a long time and I like how extensive he is. For me, each visit has started off with an X-Ray, and he reviews them with me and assesses the pain points. He'll go over what day to day activities to see if any modifications can be done to help relieve the pain and gives next steps and a plan to follow. I highly recommend him. On the website, he is noted as a joint replacement specialist if that is something you are looking for

Now, six months later, I have full range of motion, most of my strength back and ready to get back into surfing and cycling. At 68 years old, I wasn't sure what my outcome was going to be. I thought about not having the surgery, but glad I did. Glad I chose Dr Tauro to repair my shoulder.

I had a friend with me in the room for an extra set of ears while discussing the results of an MRI they ordered for me. While discussing my treatment options, there was NO mention of a consultation OR an evaluation, when I decided on an option, she brought me to the front desk to schedule an epidural. I got no pre-op instructions which I thought was odd, but it was over a weekend so I called the after hours desk which informed me that my next appointment was for a CONSULTATION. When I arrived for my appointment a doctor told me that I had to have 6 weeks worth of physical therapy before they could give me an injection. I had already had 4 sessions of physical therapy which made my pain worse. I explained to him that this was NOT conveyed to me AT ALL. My friend confirmed this. He said it is insurance protocol and there was no way I could get around it. This is after being in extreme pain for 6 weeks. I was very upset about this NOT being mentioned to me by the PA. I even explained to him about the medication not being called in to CVS and he had the NERVE to tell me it had been faxed over electronically at 9am when I wasn't even IN THE OFFICE FOR MY APPOINTMENT until 11:30 am. I left the office and am seeking help elsewhere where I can be treated with respect and being made aware of ALL OPTIONS.
