I missed work due to being sick (I…read morework at a nursing home and i had to gollow their protocol).I had worked out a plan with one lady to get caught up, wasn't even a month late, and I was giving them money every week when they came and got my car. At the time, i owed them $322. They made me pay them $700 and then gave me a number to call. They had my car towed 2 hours away from me. I finally found a ride, only to get there and find my car isn't running. I called to ask what to do and the general manager accused me of cussing him, which I never did, I informed him due to my religion I don't cuss, so then he changed it to me being rude. He told me i could pay to have it towed, then pay to have it diagnosed, and then they MIGHT fix it. When I asked for corporates number, he originally told me to Google it. I finally got in touch with customer service, which was wonderful, but I still haven't heard back from any manager from corporate. I'm just a mom that works at a nursing home, I need my car in the same condition they picked it up in, or I need my money back so I can go somewhere decent. Do not use this company.
