We initially looked at new trucks, but the salesman told us the payments would be much higher than going with a used one. Based on that information, we purchased the used truck and put $25,000 down. After the purchase, we discovered that the new truck was actually the same price, and we also would have qualified for a better interest rate had we gone with the new vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to see what could be done, their response was basically "oh well"--no concern, no attempt to help, and no accountability. It's clear that once they got our money, customer service and loyalty meant nothing. This is especially frustrating because we have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. Instead of trying to make things right or keep a loyal customer, they chose to dismiss us entirely. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership. We feel completely taken advantage of.

Two hours and 15 minutes for an oil change.... 1. I made the…read moreappointment online but it apparently didn't get put on anyone's schedule. (10:15am) 2. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence and another 5 for the check in process to actually begin. 3. Vehicle was due oil change and cabin filter. Rep said it also was due an engine air filter. I requested they check the engine air filter and replace it if needed. He put those instructions on the invoice. 3. I went to breakfast with my sister. Rep said he would call when the truck was ready. I returned to the dealership at 12:30 - no phone call. I waited 10 minutes in the lounge and then went out to see what was going on. After a bit of a search- a different rep finally found the paperwork & key. 4. They had not replaced the cabin filter or the engine air filter even though the cabin filter definitely needed to be changed. So basically, it took them 2 hours 15 minutes just to change the oil. Another 5 minutes just to check out. They are very, very disorganized- polite but NOT customer focused. It is like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...and again, not at all focused on the customer. I used to complain about KIA taking an hour for an oil change....but then I experienced the chaos of Riverside....never again.

I had been carrying my vehicles to a so called reputable place in Cartersville for years and the prices and service had gotten terrible. Prices high, service low. I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. WB's Auto repair had it diagnosed and repaired on less than a few hours. Not only has this place earned my business but also my neighbors.
