I spent some time shopping around and C&M came in around average as far as price. I found a stone that I loved!! They offered a deal. Phone etiquette was far below average. Scheduling and respect for customers time was off-the-charts terrible. The buyers contract has some conflicting statements I wanted clarified and was finally taken care of with substantial resistance. It was the closest I came to walking out mid-purchase. Lawyers and legal speak will bite your ass so cover it. I was told to have the kitchen faucet I wanted because it was to be installed AT TIME OF INSTALLATION in the stone for warranty purposes. That was a lie. I probably could have explained this during the installation process BUT I DON'T SPEAK PORTUGUESE. I understand the related plumbing being the consumers responsibility but the faucet installation was supposed to be contingent on warranty. The stone installation has some problems that would be impossible to fix without replacing the entire job. The peninsula is out of square 1/2" in four feet. A folding stainless steel concession shelf is to be installed where the stone exits the kitchen window and replace the old bar shelf - the stone is even with the exterior stucco on one side, the other side extends 1/4" past the wall. Oops. I love the material. The installation and detail for the most part is good. I will live with it and adapt. Believe the Yelp reviews. Shop around. I won't consider Countertops & More ever again.

I needed to make a decision quickly and did not have time get tangled in a project with problems. Fandos Marble & Granite was one of 2 online we opted to visit and get bids. After meeting with David, going to the warehouse to review quartz & granite options, we selected Blue Ice Extra granite to get a bid on with the 50/50 undermount stainless sink. David gave us the bid that day. I made it clear that I wanted honesty, quality work, and execution on a tight schedule. We decided to go with Fandos as I felt confident in what they said they would do. We then added the 2 bath vanities to the job with Vyara Beach granite and ceramic undermount sinks. I intended to buy plumbing fixtures new but didn't intend to buy them from the place David recommended. But, after seeing the options and Triton working with me on price, I bought and installed all 3 without issue. David and the Fandos team executed flawlessly on schedule, at the cost we agreed to, and met all expectations. Had to follow-up with phone call and 2 emails and I even stopped on Friday to find the place locked up. Finally got a hold of Tony and was informed that the granite I picked they would not do. The other 2 contractors said they have no issue using the granite. I got the impression they did not want my business or something did not seem right. These might have been the same incompetent help she had do the first house. At some point, she called the cabinet shop asking for invoices to pay for the damage. Then she refused to pay.
