Since people regularly seek suggestions for remodeling companies, I wanted to share our experience and some pictures of the final product. The experience of working with them from the initial communication to every stage throughout the process was superb. We worked directly with James Pulliam, who's the head of their remodeling department. James was extremely helpful and professional, especially in his consistent communication. He was on-site several days each week to check on the progress and speak with us. The craftsmen were also fantastic, with the same three gentleman working throughout the project. They were courteous, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.

When they saw the panic on my face the first day, after discovering what comes with living in a construction zone, they jumped into problem solving mode immediately. They came up with a plan to keep my house as dust free as possible, even though it made their job harder. It did not slow them down at all though, as they far exceeded the timeline! I am so thankful, as are my two babies! James and Omar were awesome but the real stars were our daily on site workers, Rodrigo and his partner! Rodrigo was professional, friendly and such a hard worker. He checked in with us every step of the way to ensure everything was to our liking and as we expected it. Definitely check them out!

Fast forward to end of May 2026... I ordered the patio cover with a mandatory down payment of 50%. Then the waiting started. No calls, no updates for weeks. I emailed for an update on July 2nd. Up to this point they had my money and I had not received any updates nor work completed. A total of 23 emails with follow ups on my end. Each time with an empty apology about the lack of communication. Apparently the material was back ordered. But still, ALL follow up came from me. The job started August 11th. It was a 2 day job. The installer was good and very accommodating. Electrician worked on his own schedule. I was given a date and time for the electrician ... nobody shows. I can't get anyone (the project manager) to answer text or calls. Luckily I was able to get hold of one of the installers who gave me the direct line to the electrician. Who I was finally able to get to my home late that afternoon. Had I not called I don't believe for a second he would have shown. After the electrician came out, the shades had to be ordered (ordered and installed by a separate company) and he was OUTSTANDING... the project was 100% completed September 23rd. In that same period I sourced a pool company and had the pool completed and yard landscaped. Ultimately the product quality is good, the final project is great. But the service was absolutely terrible. The owner made nothing but excuses and was more concerned about the negativity of my emails at the end of the project (23 of them) than taking any ownership or accountability for all of the problems that could have been avoided with simple communication. My advice is go with another company. I sourced multiple similar products. I chose this product because of my familiarity with the company and the owner. What a giant mistake. BTW... not one time did the project manager nor the owner ever step foot on my property or look at the project. Even when there were mistakes and repairs that had to be done. Every single piece of communication follow up was from me. Every single email from them was a reply with the exception of the invoices and the urgency to get me to sign a contract. I posted this review on Google and was informed that Mark Hobdy is NOT a project manager... in the 23 emails related to this project this was never debated until the reply from the owner. His reply also stated that as the owner he had "no direct involvement in managing or overseeing this project" I find that funny since he PERSONALLY involved himself to close the sale, and took time to reply with a number of excuses of his own... incredible that a business owner would take NO OWNERSHIP for delays, reschedules, work quality, repairs and re-installation of installation of install mistakes. If you review the Google review response. You will see that to him, the only thing that matters is the end results. I would tell you that there are many companies out there delivering similar or even better quality products that the service is as or more important than the end result.
