My brother passed away several months ago and, I needed during my grieving period I knew I needed help to dispose of his things. I had heard of Two French Hens Estate Sales through a close family member but I had no idea what to expect. I spoke with the owner of the business, Cindy Comins, who agreed to organize and perform a complete estate sale of the contents of my brother's home. She and her husband, Roger, worked for several months, beginning this past December, 2013, to sale time in February, 2014. They did a fantastic job, and not only sold almost everything in the house, including my brother's enormous digital pipe organ worth about $55,000 and his baby grand piano, but also kitchen items, comic books, trains, clothing, valuable art work, Stickley furniture, antique crystal and thousands of other items. Besides staging a four day sale in the dead of winter, they sold on ebay, Craig's list, auctions and personal advertisements. I owe Cindy and Roger my peace of mind during a very difficult time, and they even polished the floors and deep-cleaned the house prior to putting it up for sale. Due to their professionalism and attention to detail, when I put the house up for sale the day after the estale was over, I received a offer on the house on the first showing. I cannot say enough about these two wonderful people. They did a fantastic job and helped me move on with my life. They were super-kind as well. They were sincerely trying to help me and looked through all the phones there (a lot ) every time I went in. You know how it is. You tell yourself you're going to back up those PICs and the information on all the people you need to stay in occasional connection with but you just don't realize how much you don't do this until you lose a phone. But the weeks turned into months and I gave up hoping I'd ever recover that phone and then 6 months later this nice fellow from Ford Bros. tracked me down by calling my contacts to return my phone! He gets abandoned phones in lots from places like municipal governments or whatever and before he sells any of them he goes through each of them to make sure they are clean and that is just unbelievable. Mine was in a lot he picked up from some town in Southeast Wisconsin so how it got there from State Fair is a mystery that will probably never be solved. He went through a lot of trouble to return my phone to me and then tried very hard to refuse my reward. Actually I'm not sure that he ever even cashed my cheque. That was Cole but I'm betting his brother is just as ethical. They have a Milwaukee location too, if you need to move antique, collectible goods or liquidate an estate you can bank on the honesty of this operation.

Per their contract, Aunt Bees had 30 days to provide an accounting of everything sold and provide payment to us for 60% of the total proceeds. We did not receive payment within 30 days. We were in continuous contact with Aunt Bees and we received numerous excuses for the delay. As of today, we still have not received payment and all calls, texts, emails are now going unanswered. They sold our property and kept the money, they stole from us!
