He attempted to interfere with a pre-closing walkthrough and was rude, demeaning, and utterly unhelpful. After the estate sale, we found significant scratch damage to wood floors throughout the house. Paul and his team also misplaced a garage door opener and would not answer calls or texts for an extended period. When we were able to contact Paul (which required calling his personal number), he was curt and then became angry and abusive when he confronted about the damage to our property. He repeatedly stated that he did not care about the damage and that his company could not be held responsible. Finally, I later learned that his company has been sued based on alleged property damage and theft. Do not use this company's services. They will damage your home and Paul will shirk all responsibility for his and his team's actions.

The prices were quite reasonable, and all the staff onsite were extremely helpful in guiding us through the rooms, especially if we had questions about certain items. They were all cheerful and friendly, welcoming us to the event. Despite the large number of customers, the checkout line moved fairly rapidly and quite smoothly. They were set up to accept cash and credit or debit cards; there may have been other forms of payment accepted, but those choices were enough for me.
