We had an incredibly negative experience with the staff, and the owner in particular, whose name is Paul. He attempted to interfere with a pre-closing walkthrough and was rude, demeaning, and utterly unhelpful. After the estate sale, we found significant scratch damage to wood floors throughout the house. Paul and his team also misplaced a garage door opener and would not answer calls or texts for an extended period. When we were able to contact Paul (which required calling his personal number), he was curt and then became angry and abusive when he confronted about the damage to our property. He repeatedly stated that he did not care about the damage and that his company could not be held responsible. Finally, I later learned that his company has been sued based on alleged property damage and theft. Do not use this company's services. They will damage your home and Paul will shirk all responsibility for his and his team's actions.

Carrie was kind and careful in a difficult heir situation and her staff handled the sale in a tight neighborhood extremely well. There was a tiny snafu after the sale was completed and Carrie was on it and took care of things without having to be prompted. I'm so glad I referred her to my clients, and I'll certainly do it again when the opportunity arises.
