Same family decided to use him to help clean a house (note tenant is NOT deceased), and David told person picked by tenant be in charge of the clean not part of project or stay out of the project. (went against tenant terms, defined under State Law of New Mexico). CLEARLY he is not expert in doing the clean-out tasks, especially not aware with state law of New Mexico with living peoples. Mightt be heavily reliant on handout from auction sales Because I could not find public record of momentary distribution from auction which is taxable by IRS. CAVEAT EMPTOR on hearing his claim on experienced and professional, presume higher loss of estate's financial recovery with him.

The home was beautifully staged, with all the items for sale tastefully arranged in each room according to their function. The prices were quite reasonable, and all the staff onsite were extremely helpful in guiding us through the rooms, especially if we had questions about certain items. They were all cheerful and friendly, welcoming us to the event. Despite the large number of customers, the checkout line moved fairly rapidly and quite smoothly. They were set up to accept cash and credit or debit cards; there may have been other forms of payment accepted, but those choices were enough for me. Both my friend and I left with treasures, and we very much appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of Blue Raven Estate Sales!

And they said we donate it a non profit. Now I dont think the owners of the estate necessarily would rather donate all their furniture rather then sell it right, I mean that dont make any sense, so I wonder ifnit isnt one of those deals where they are the supposed non profit? This is the last day so everything is 50% off but orices are so high that even at that I doubt they sell any furniture and thats sad for the owners.
