I hired Trinity Enterprises LLC in January 2025 and signed up for a payment plan, hoping to see progress. Unfortunately, by April 2025, I had to end the service due to a complete lack of results. It was disappointing to have paid as much as I did with nothing to show for it. They don't offer full refunds, so I took what little I could recover and walked away. What made it worse was that every time I called for an update, I'd suddenly be told they needed paperwork from me. It gave me the impression that had I not reached out, no one would've followed up or kept my file moving. That level of communication just didn't sit right with me. My husband and I made the mistake of hiring Trinity for our credit. We wanted our credit to be accurate because we are buying a home this year. My first encounter was with Cheryl a year ago. I asked her repeatedly how much it would cost to work on my credit and I never got a response. She kept telling me that my husband's credit would be $850 to repair. In January, I figured I would try to get dollar amounts again, but not with Cheryl, but with Lisa. All of a sudden, it went from $850 to $2250 for my husband. Mind you the only difference in his credit 8 months later is that it had improved. So, now it's $1400 more? Finally got a price on mine and figured ok we would give them a try. Lisa called me one morning while I was at work. I had given her my work schedule multiple times, but she didn't care. Sad because I even told her I'm at work, can't talk, so what does she do? Calls me multiple times, texted me multiple times, and emailed me multiple times. The worst part is that I trusted that the phone calls are recorded and they are not! I asked her specifically that IF I gave her permission to pull out credit, the worst case scenario is we would be out $90 for the credit pull on each of us and she said, "Yes." Nobody ever told us that they were keeping $50 each to tell us how much it would cost? Like seriously? I've never paid anyone for an estimate before in my life. Like that's your job in sales is to give free estimates. Of course, Lisa went on vacation and there was no way to get her to contact us for us to cancel. So, they owe us $190 still. Let me also add that some guy named Dave emailed me assuring me he was working on our refund and looking into everything. Well, he didn't do squat. Our money sat in there account for over a month before we got our partial refund. They sit back and pretend to be Godly, but they lie and commit fraud. We lost our daughter a year ago, she was murdered and now Trinity is choosing to respond with we must be angry at them because of our daughter and that they'll pray for us. How about they preyed on us! They also offer to put you on someone's line of credit to boost your score. I talked to the credit bureaus about that and they said that's fraudulent. If you don't believe me, ask the bureaus. They're now watching everyone's account that allows Trinity on it. We have also had breaches because we trusted Trinity and they keep going into our credit files. Go look at my reviews on Google about them. They never deny how they fraudulently work on people's credit. My reviews have nothing to do with my daughter, they are all factual and true and I have the emails to prove it. Again, they don't pray for people, they prey on people. We have an amazing credit lady now. Her name is Ashley and she owns Cape Credit Repair LLC in Florida. Extremely honest and doesn't push you. She has excellent reviews too. We highly recommend her. FYI Trinity seems to think that I own a credit company. See how efficient they are in their research? Please read the entire review and their response. They completely prove my point, but if you like throwing money away, then use them. I mean, what kind of company berates their customers when they give a review they dont like!!! Take it like a professional and move on, but if you want to continue this childish back and forth, then I'm all for it! Let's go! My wife and I got referred by a loan officer. We gave them a call and decided to try them out since they said money back guarantee. I began in April. I did not receive one phone call or even a courtesy email mentioning any updates. So I was recommended by a mortgage lender to go thru this company to help fix our credit. The owner met with us and was very, very nice. She sat with us and told us a lot information on how they were going to help us get our credit right. I told her if she fixes my husband's credit first I as well will sign up so she said she gave us a deal. It has been months, I do not hear from them at all. The couple times I called she tells me she will have someone call us and they do but then again we will go months without hearing anything. Yes, my husband's credit score has gone up but not because of anything they promised. This company has deceptive business practices when they do not achieve the goals set forth with your credit. They did not once follow up with me, I had to seek them out yet they sent emails saying they were following up with an email about the conversation we didn't have. They will tell you they keep your money in an escrow fund and you will receive it back when services are not rendered. In reality, when you ask for it back they transfer your file without your consent to try to keep the rest of your money. All this while adding scripture quotes at the end of emails and giving you "blessings." Here's a quote to represent their business better than they portray from Macbeth, "In order to deceive them, you must appear the way they expect you to look." This company has taken $800 dollars from me to remove collections from my report and from October 2020 to today they are still there. They are telling me that new collections are hitting my report but of course Trinity is not getting them removed fast enough and other collection agencies are buying them and reporting the same collections unto my report. This is a vicious cycle. I took a lost but I would never recommend them to anyone I know. If I can give no stars I would have. Great people/company. Rayn was very personable and helpful. She followed up with me periodically by email and phone and made sure I had any questions or concerns. When I call them I didn't have to talk to random reps, I was able to talk to her directly. When I email her she responded lightning fast. She was always available to answer questions and take requests which was a big deal for me (No stress and she knew my accounts very well). They did not respond to emails or phone calls easily, and I was told after the fact that the person on my case was "no longer with the company".
