The following week my husband is on the phone with what seemed to be a different woman entirely. Little did she know that my husband patched me in for the phone call and I just so happened to hear this woman say in response to my husband asking for assurance that "she doesn't have a crystal ball, if she did her stomach would be flatter and her butt bigger" that's a little concerning talking to a married man while working for a Christian company (maybe our marital views are different than most) When my husband tells her that he would need to speak to me before making a decision she began pressuring him suttley and told him that HE could reach out to her at home and she could get things rolling. She called him several times afterwards and while my husband was attempting to get me on the other line, I declined the calls to which they then called me while I finally took his call, I didn't answer who was at the other end of the call. My husband has 10 accounts and was quoted $2,500.00. Not sure if it's 10 or 20 accounts for that amount but we definitely didn't like the pressure or the inappropriate talk and late evening home agenda. They will never get our time or money! Based on the pressure that I heard on the other end of my husbands phone call and the poor reviews ID SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO HELP YOU! To think my loan officer recommended you from a Christian radio station. WoW!

I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner Mark and ask for my refund because I am on a time limit to purchase a home and my credit is not getting any better there's literally no change in anything since the start of my program with them. The owner has expressed me the troubles he's had in his company and although I feel that that is a horrible situation the fact remains that I paid for a service that has not been completed. The owner does not want to give me a refund and I am forced to have to pay another company to do the work that they cannot do.
