Customer service was great when I walk through the door. Front desk was still able to welcome desk, answer phones and handle a customer that was not very nice. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in the same day for X-rays , checkup, adult cleaning and plan to help repair my remaining teeth. Dental hygienist was very nice and did a great job. The issues with my teeth were explained in a way that I understood and will get the additional work done in the near future. Wow! I absolutely love Trinity Dental Care. I wish I would have had them for the last two years upon moving to Texas. I wasn't sure how long my dental insurance was going to be active and the staff made sure I was able to get into the office and two visits over the past week. I received my dental screening last Friday and my cleaning was today I have never had a regular dental cleaning like this before . The technician took her time and was so thorough. My teeth feel like 1 million bucks and I actually felt as though everyone working there genuinely cared about my dental health. I have extreme dental anxiety, and I have avoided going to the dentist for years. Trinity dental is the FIRST place that has ever made me feel like they genuinely cared about my experience. This location is hidden away and always clean. I never have any problems when I visit. The front desk staff is very courteous, friendly and inviting. Once in the chair there is Netflix available in every chair while you're worked on. The teeth cleaners are bubbly and compassionate with whatever your needs are. And last but not least , Mr. Sidhu, DDS is always friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 to any friends and family. read more

Years ago my oldest daughter and I went to Trinity for cleanings and some fillings. We were always happy with our care. We moved away but now that I'm back in the area I took my 11 yo there for a cleaning recently. We were very pleased with the care they provided and how some of the same ladies still work at the front. After a visit to our orthodontist, we learned she needed 5 baby teeth extracted. Dr. Dev and his staff made this a painless and easy experience. We were in at 9:00 this morning and home by 10:30. Leticia and Marisol were sweet as always and happy to help with everything. Now we are ready to start the process of getting braces but we will still continue to visit Trinity for cleanings. If you are looking for a new place, give them a try. Also, they have TVs on the ceilings in the exam rooms. My daughter watched a show on Netflix while having her procedure! read more

The office staff seemed very pleasant when I made my appointment, however arriving in the office was a different story! Even though the facility was nice, the staff was unorganized and unprofessional. The dentist was very knowledgable but the clerks quoted prices that differed from my insurance's negotiated rate. My impression of this office was they charge whatever price they want to.....just to pay for a nice office! Be informed of charges before going to this office because you just might get scammed. Dr. Gillespie is a highly skilled endodontist and has a helpful, friendly staff. During my most recent appointment, I especially appreciated the care and support of Whitney who assisted Dr. Gillespie and "comforted the patient" during my May 2017 root canal. As has been the case with previous root canals, Dr. Gillespie was very successful in completing the various endodontic procedures required to alleviate my pain and save the infected tooth. Based on my multiple appointments with Dr. Gillespie, I refer to his office as "The Home of the Painless Root Canal." For anyone needing a root canal, I recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Gillespie or another certified endodontist. Do not have this procedure done by the dentist you go to for regular cleanings and dental treatments. For about the same price, you can go to an endodontist who specializes in these procedures. An endodontist will also have specialized equipment and modern technology specifically designed to treat root canals and similar procedures. If I were to need the type of endodontic treatments currently available from Dr. Gillespie, I would most certainly return to his office for them. I also highly recommend him to anyone requiring a root canal or related endodontic procedures. read more

Loved it here! The office was very nice and clean. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me and even though I was late to my appointment, they still treated me very nicely. They had a special going on at the moment where it is only $1 for a consultation and xrays! As soon as I finished filling out the paperwork I was brought back immediately for the xrays. After a few minutes the Dr came and talked to me about what needed to be done with my teeth, he was very nice and professional, always asked me if I had any questions during the consultation. After we had figured out that I needed to get a tooth extraction, they were eager to get it done the very day (even though they were getting close to closing time) they did not mind at all. The procedure took no more than 30 minnutes! I was in and out within the hour not expecting to get the procedure done the very same day. The front desk receptionists and dental assistants were also kind and helpful with figuring out the prices of the procedure and steps I needed to take after the procedure was done. This was a great facility and I plan on returning in the future! read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACES!!! The staff is very friendly, great environment, etc., BUT they only have ONE doctor who is there twice a month. I started out with 1 doctor who told me (as other orthodontists had) your teeth are straight, you really don't need braces, but we can correct your minor concerns in 6 months to a year. I jumped on it and got the braces the same day. After a few visits with him I got a new, female doctor (nobody told me anything, I showed up for an apt. and boom. no explanation or anything) and assumed all would be well... WRONG!!! It will be 2 years in April and I STILL have braces! On top of that she told me at my last visit she will TRY to close the spaces (the whole reason I got braces). She has been working on straightening my already straight teeth and completely ignoring my true concern. It's almost impossible to voice concerns because there is no consultation/1 on 1 time with the doctor. She just stops by, gives instructions to the attendant and moves right along. Right now I have a broken bracket just hanging out in my mouth. They had me come in just to do nothing and tell me I have to wait 3 weeks until the doctor is back in again. Just called to see if I could be bumped up to the first week she would be there, instead of waiting another 2 weeks after, and they are booked solid. Oh, and when you do go in on Saturday or Thursday (the only 2 days she does ortho) there is not time to discuss what is going on with your braces. They pack so many people in, the doctor stops by, takes a look, tells the attendant what to do, and moves to the next patient. On my last visit I had ask for them to bring her back so I could voice my concerns. Again, great place, great staff, but the ORTHO SUCKS!!! I am being forced to wear braces for an extended amount of time because (in my opinion) they are being cheap. That's the only reason I can think of for having 1 doctor, 2 days, 2 times a month. Everyone's braces are different so how can you have everyone on the SAME schedule. Not cool!!!... btw I am 31 years old so I am not just some teen ranting and raving lol. I will take responsibility and say that I should have asked questions sooner. Like, where is my old doctor, will anything change, what is taking so long??? But, I assume when people are in such positions as a doctor, they actually know what they are doing and try not to question. Lesson learned! Moral of the story DO NOT GO HERE FOR ORTHO UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE BRACES FOREVER!!! read more
