Mistakes can happen at any restaurant, and I understand that. What was frustrating was the lack of willingness to acknowledge the possibility of an error or work toward a solution. Good customer service is about addressing concerns respectfully, and unfortunately that didn't happen here. I hope they improve how they handle customer issues in the future.
