That said, KB was able to satisfy both my wife and me with a splendid choice that we reserved on our first visit (we're just waiting until our new cabinets are installed so they can make an accurate measurement). I cannot recommend this team enough!!…read more My partner and I were facing a really stressful, unplanned total bathroom renovation after we discovered a leak and major subfloor damage under our toilet. Rae and Felipe were extremely communicative and flexible as we developed a quote and asked many questions. We wanted to do tile ourselves (I love to learn new skills) and they were understanding and accommodating, even answering small questions and offering advice as we made a game plan. Being able to hire one trustworthy and experienced team to take care of the demo, subfloor repair, waterproofing/drywall, and miscellaneous finish work saved us so much time, energy, and money! We collected nearly 20 quotes between plumbers, subfloor specialists, and renovation companies, and the Elite team by FAR stood out as the most professional. As a woman and a younger couple, we are all too familiar with condescension, extra charges, and impatience for questions - we never felt that way with the Elite team and I absolutely trust that they do the right thing, every time, even when no one is watching. Our house is older and projects are never straightforward - unexpected twists are par for the course. Felipe & Omar would check in with us when the work hit a snag and talked through the options with us. They never made assumptions on our behalf to move faster and they always consulted us before moving forward with a plan. They treated our home like they would their own - spending time setting up protective covers on the floors/furniture and really cleaning up after any work. They are truly problem solvers and were open to our ongoing feedback and requests as they worked. We had a nightmare experience with our plumbers - administrative mistakes, permit delays, failed inspection, home damage, poor communication, quote discrepancies, etc. Meanwhile, our experience with Elite could not have been more different. Rae & Felipe were compassionate when things out of our control went wrong and were back to continue work as soon as they could. Honestly, working with Elite has helped us realize the level of professionalism that should be expected from contractors, and this experience has empowered us to advocate for ourselves with our plumbers. I know this review is long-winded, but this team is incredible! Every detail matters and they really recognize that. We are finally in the home stretch with this bathroom renovation and could not have done it without Elite. They will 100% be our first (& only) call for any future projects!

As a teen and through college, I worked with a general contractor renovating homes. I hired Ron Allen from Alliance Construction & Development after a string of bad contractors in Florida, one of which left me with $120k+ in damages. Ron and his team helped me recover from this. Without any reservations I put Ron and his team in the top 3 of over 20 GCs with whom I have worked with over the last 30 years. His team is meticulous, caring, respectful and very hard working. So much so that I gave each team member a bonus payment. Ron managed the project with exceptional accuracy and precision. He listens and remembers every detail. Ron knows Florida Building Code well. He helped me modify my plans to ensure inspectors would be happy. Once the plan of attack was agreed upon Ron got his team to swiftly bring it to fruition. My project involved tight spaces and aspects of tiny home design, requiring careful and exacting placement of fixtures to comply with Florida Building Code. Ron and his team exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I was so distraught after my previous experiences with inept and fraudulent general contractors that I was tempted to hang up my real estate development ambitions completely. But Ron and his team has restored my faith in the industry. I will use Ron and Alliance Construction & Development exclusively going forward. I offer my strongest possible endorsement for Ron Allen and Alliance Construction & Development to take on your challenging project. They will listen to you and bring your project to life. You will be able to relax knowing that the job will be done right and to your specifications. They are also great about cleaning up each day. I would also add that Ron told me when I first met him, "My Dad put a hammer in my hand at age 12," and his grandfather also works in the business. This review was a pleasure to write because I am so happy with what their team did for me and my family during a very difficult time.
