We ordered both the piglet sandwich and the piglet rib sandwich. The rib sandwich had some bones in it so be careful. Both sandwiches were tender and delicious, the skin was not crispy but was very flavorful. I think if we ordered a plate of the pig it would be crispy. We also got chips which seemed fried in house. The place is small and holds less than 20 people. They were very friendly and they accepted credit card as payments.
