I called to make my first appointment after waiting over a year since my last cut and they recommended Megan, saying she's particularly good with long hair like mine. Megan took the time to talk over what I was looking for and made me feel like I'd known her for years as soon as she was shampooing my hair. While their salon has plenty of products for sale, she explained which ones she was using but didn't push me to purchase anything like some salons too often do. I came in with inches upon inches of dead split ends on my hair and left with a bouncy, perfectly layered masterpiece that I was actually *gasp* HAPPY with! I'm very picky about my hair so this was huge for me. I returned for a second haircut by Megan a couple months ago and was again extremely satisfied with the results.
