Owner of the shop did not take responsibility of the damage and just gave excuses and walked off then closed up shop. The rest of the car was cleaned well. I was able to restore most of the damage with detail compound, but I am very disappointed in the lack of accountability. More care should be taken when cleaning the cars. Update: next day found additional scratches on the main screen. I'm the only person that has owned this car and the only the person that has detailed this car. Very disappointed.

They diagnosed the problem but wanted to be sure. So, they kept it overnight and test drove it the next day. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than they thought - but they still were able to fix it that day and it ran fine for the rest of my trip. They were friendly, efficient, clearly explained what repairs were needed and how long it would it would take. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure that my car was, indeed, really fixed. Their prices were very fair. Being from out of town, I was a little afraid of getting taken advantage of. But they were more than fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I can only say they are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable!

Not only is it unsightly--this is a major safety issue Unsafe to drive: After "repairs," my car was knuckling and unbalanced--BMW said it wasn't safe to drive. They patched it with spacers and loose bolts . Terrible customer service: Calling and emailing Eric has been a nightmare--rude staff, answered once every full moon, or claimed their "answering system was off" I have contacted my attorney and will be pursuing damages in civil court. Bottom line: This place is a scam, a safety hazard, and a total time‑sink. They'll overcharge you, botch the work, and leave your car borderline undrivable. Definitely don't go here.

@ColorTech It is unfortunate that they do not allow photos,…read morebecause while this body shop is decent at painting, its fit and finish leave much to be desired. I watched Robbie damage my roof liner; I am sure they should have allowed him in the shop to remove panels and drop my headliner the right way instead of ruining it. Their claim to fame is a lifetime warranty on their work as long as they are in business, but with their third manager, Robbie, they will not be in business much longer. I am very dissatisfied with this body shop; the paint is pretty good, but everything else is not great. Do not expect to get an estimate once your car is held hostage. Aaron with @ProgressiveInsurance is also pretty much useless; he guaranteed me that they would install a SoundShield windshield, but they did not. I am just tired of dealing with this facility; did the damage to my vehicle outweigh the quality of the paint when there were many other repairs that fell within their purview? My mirror actually had to be replaced by @SafeliteGlass because they specialize in removing mirrors when replacing windshields, while this shop apparently does not have the right tools to do its job. Oh, and I forgot to mention that when they had all my body parts off, they had them thrown over my rear seat with no protection to my interior. They didn't even clean the glass afterwards. Too bad photos aren't allowed.
