Would not use anyone else. They always did what they said they would, went above and beyond and did a great job.

A storm hit my property in early April 1995. I've been your customer since I moved here in 1993…read more You were the one and only roofing company I called last year because of the long standing relationship. I mad a huge error in hiring you. You did replace the roof, but your new roof leaked after the first heavy rain. It took close to three weeks to get you out here for emergency repairs. Meanwhile, my kitchen flooded three separate times. You've replaced my rain gutters, and I'm satisfied with that. Still, I'm waiting on various other repairs, with no end in sight. I'm terribly frustrated at your ridiculous slowness, and I'm furious that it was like pulling eye teeth getting the leak in the BRAND NEW roof repaired. Karsten is a nice enough guy, but he's non communicative. I'm left for weeks on end without hearing from him and wondering what the heck is going on One (of several) remaining issues is replacing an outdoor floodlight outside my garage door. I had (and still have) a replacement fixture at the time of the storm. Someone needs to install it, along with 4 other fixtures that I have bought and would like to hire someone to install. I've been waiting a year with a broken security light. You'll never convince me that electricians are in short supply. Why the one year long delay? Heck, anyone can wire a black, white, and bare copper wire. Any handyman could do it. If you still want this part of the job scope, get someone out soon to do the work. If you're not interested, I'm sure I can find someone within a week who actually wants to earn money. I need to find someone to install a ceiling fan for me anyway, I can simply get them to do the lights also. A full year, and maybe half the work has been done. I understand you're a general contractor and can do all sorts of outdoor work. I'm retired living in my forever home and I have several outdoor projects (storage shed, etc.) and, had you done anything other than anger me, I'd have a few thousand dollars more business to send your way. I'm a retired salesman and I always valued loyalty with my customers. I learned that if I treated them well, I didn't have to be the low bidder. I'm slow to change providers and seldom do so. I only price shop to the point that I'm sure there's no price gouging going on. Bottom line: You have provided the worst service I've ever received. Sitting here wondering what's going on with very limited feedback from you is horribly frustrating. Please give me an idea of how much longer this delay and torture will continue.

Job No. 2 I contracted with Pro Siding Windows Roofing again…read moreon an outside project that came to my attention after Austin discovered two serious issues to my home. First, there was an electrical issue with my box. Second, my fence was not in the best condition. Prior to the fix, my entire fence line was wooden. The doors were rather small to have a riding lawnmower go through them. On one side of the fence closest to the street, the previous homeowners only poured concrete on top of the grass with hardly any concrete in the actual post. As such, it was easy enough to push the fence down completely. After discussing the matter with a couple of neighbors, I contracted with Pro Siding Windows Roofing to resolve the fencing issue so that I could have a fence completely on my own property. To make this review easier, I'll go ahead and break this down between the various crews that were in charge of the fencing project. The concrete crew came out shortly after I tore down the old footer and posts to save some funds. His crew went to work on digging out the new footer areas to make it straighter on the left-hand side to get rid of all the curves. The crew did their best to clean up and avoid any and all made on my other areas; however, that proved difficult due to the amount of rain that we had. I was not expecting them to utilize heavy equipment to carry the concrete and to drill/dig the posts. Because of the heavy equipment, my yard did get torn up here and there. They were able to fill in some of the areas with dirt. They almost forgot the rebar in one section, but they were able to quickly remedy this before it dried. They also sat the posts in place as well. The welding crew came out and got to work on putting up three metal metals efficiently and quickly as their crew divided up into two small crews where one crew as measuring and marking the posts while the other one was putting them up. This was after a smaller crew wiped down each post with a chemical to prime them for painting, which came later after the welding of the rails of course. After welding them, they painted the posts and the rails before putting on the actual metal fences. I was incredibly happy with the fact that they put three rails up and then three rows of bolts to better protect the wind. I was equally joyful for the trim work done as it matches my brick. The color combination is perfect for Texas. I admittingly had to work fast myself to move the rocks in between my fence line and the neighbor as they were working efficiently to the point that they were ahead of schedule. The new metal doors exceeded my expectation, especially on the side so I can now ride a lawnmower out. Job No. 3 Pro Siding Windows Roofing did it yet again with my newest window project. Their team came out and installed my new back spare room window with a new sliding window, which I selected due to any and all emergencies. The crew took some time to remove the old window that the previous homeowner self-installed due to 12 screws, foam, and MDF used around the window. The crew removed the old MDF and other foam installed and replaced with newer material. They did a great job with the caulking, which they had to come back and do again on the inside due to the cold weather.
