After many years of storing my boat, two jetskies and the trailer for the Jetskies ($$$$$); and paying for Service and Extremely Expensive Cleaning for the Boat ($$$$$$$$$$)....
THIS IS HOW TODAY'S INTERACTION WITH TRIDENT MARINA WENT....

I called to inquire about having my two jetskies taken out of the the water with the forklift, and placed them on my trailer. Mr. Jeff Tolbert and Mrs. Donna Tolbert (owners) were both unavailable. Mrs. Tolbert was out, and Mr. Tolbert was with a customer. I left a message for a call back from Mr. Tolbert.

I received a call back from Ms. Donna Tolbert, before I could even ask about taking the jetskies out of the water with the forklift and onto my trailer, I was immediately told that I wouldn't be able to use the ramp, as it is closed. Of course I already knew that.
When I clarified that I wanted to get them out of the water with the forklift and placed on the trailer and stated that I wouldn't mind paying for the service.
She immediately replied "No, I will not be able to do that!"
To which I replied: "Thanks, goodbye. (click)"
Unfortunately for Trident Marina, I didn't have the chance to ask about:
- Summerization, Oil Change, and New Batteries for two Jetskies.
- Summerization, Oil Change, New Battery and Deep Cleaning for the boat.

It feel sad to had been served with a BIG SPOON OF LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MS. DONNA; to whom I have shown nothing but respect, as well as, to Mr. Jeff Tolbert, from the very first day I met them after they took ownership of the marina.
I deeply regret having talked to Ms. Donna today. SO DISSATISFIED!
She brought such feelings of disappointment to my day.
But, I give thanks to the man upstairs, as I know that Today is Great Day at Smith Lake!
3:00 PM UPDATE:
I CALLED MRS. DONNA AGAIN TO FIND OUT WHY?
- ONCE AGAIN, BACK TO THE EXPLANATION THAT THE BOAT RAMP IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. (MAYBE SHE THINKS I DON'T REMEMBER THINGS) ....
- ONCE AGAIN, I CLARIFIED THAT I WANTED "THE FORKLIFT TO GET MY JETSKIES OUT OF THE WATER AND ONTO THE TRAILER.
- SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY TODAY!
- I EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD BE DURING THE WEEK, POSSIBLY TUESDAY. (NOT A BUSY SUNDAY).
MRS. TOLBERT: "NO WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THAT"
