They breached health and safety in a way I have never witnessed, the apparent site manager lit a significant fire to burn rubbish in the only exit route (I have video evidence of this) as I was working on the roof and the smoke all came up in my direction as was near direct below. Part way through the job they were showing signs as though they were going to be difficult to to deal with in various ways. Through initial concern luckily I had requested a 50% deposit. After doing considerably more than 50% I decided to pull the job and would be able to be finished at a lesser amount than they would owe. They became threatening in various ways, Firstly with court action which would be appropriate should they believe they had a case, after lengthy communications they clearly knew that would be a waste of time and resorted to threatening behaviour, having someone call up stating they were albanion gangster debt collectors and tried to ruin my business writing fake reviews. Anyone considering getting involved with these guys please think twice, I have all the evidence against these guys and am speaking to a criminal law solicitor myself now. Defamation and section 4 is so far what we will be building a case around.
