Initially I was impressed, they marketed the property well and found decent tenants quickly. The sales team appear to be good and very efficient. Problems occurred however during the tenancy itself and particular during check outs. I paid for a full service, which supposedly included regular property inspections-these were not provided, and when I questioned them over this I was told this would incur charges! Inventories for check out were a total cock up with items being listed as missing when they weren't, causing considerable conflict with tenants. . The last tenant reported a water leak via the shower 2 days prior to departure, it had caused considerable damage including rotten back boards around the shower and kitchen ceiling, had quote for £600 to rectify. Dixons had tried to retain part of deposit stating a totally unrelated issue as in damage to a shed which had never been the case-unbelievable incompetence.
