We found Micky's company on Yelp and decided to contact him for our home remodel project in Costa…read moreMesa. We had just bought a fixer-upper and wanted to do a gut remodel. Right from the get go, it was clear that he is an honest person and gave us a lot of confidence that he will be able to handle the project. We had to wait a few months to get the permit approval from the city, and Micky followed up with the permit officers diligently. He had his team ready to jump in with the demo, and started working on the project immediately after we received the permits. The project took a couple of months longer than expected (in part because we asked for some changes, and in part because Micky had underestimated some of the work). But we did not mind the delay as it was clear that Micky's team was doing the work properly and not cutting corners. One piece of advice: Micky gives you accurate timelines for his material options, but if you want other options then you will have to be on top of it yourself to make sure you get it in time. This is understandable, and once we realized it, we were able to better forecast when certain aspects of the project will be completed.
