I started in October to help with my neuropathy in my feet & arthritis in right knee. My knee didn't really bother me, but it was probably a way to get more money. The turnover was crazy, constantly new therapy techs, front desk personnel, etc. Instructions on how to use the equipment was rushed & I found out I was using them improperly through YouTube videos. Had bloodwork done in April & got a review months later after constantly asking. Trying to get copies of paperwork was also a hassle. Was told they would be emailed but never were. The last straw was in late July when I had the new chiropractor do work on my knee & have been in excruciating pain ever since! Made me all sorts of promises plus added extra therapy to get me better, to no avail, while I was having to take narcotics I had on hand to help alleviate some of the pain. The last nail in the coffin was having talked to PA Martin who said he would consult with Dr. Jermiah & give me a call afterwards. Got the call & was told to go to the ER, have them drain the fluid in my knee & get a steroid shot!!! I have some visits left but I am quitting now because I am no better off now than when I started & as far as my knee, it is significantly worse. Why did I come here in the first place, could have stayed with my orthopedist who has now eliminated my pain in one visit. The only positive there are new therapy techs, Savana & Ana, who are great. Hopefully they stay. Josh was the best & helped me answer lots of questions when he was a therapy tech but now, they mostly keep him behind a desk. Wish I would have never seen the commercial on TV and stayed. Could have saved thousands and thousands of dollars & gone to real doctors to feel better!!!

Stay away from Flagship unless you want to support people who overcharge by promoting packages that include injections of what they call mesenchymal cells when you can get the same results without the injections using the treatments that are less expensive. They claim to give those treatments as a courtesy but you pay for the injections. The injections don't last. Way too expensive. Don't mortgage your home or take out loans for these injections. Same results without them. Find an honest provider. They will have to stand before God eventually and answer for their Pride and Greed.

I did a ton of research myself before coming to a PT in-person, but it really couldn't compare to the value I received from having a dedicated in- person experience with Dr. Carley. First impressions are everything and the receptionist was too busy to get me started with a new patient appointment. She told me to wait for her at the back door so she could give me paperwork to fill out. Good thing I sat down because 13 minutes later she was still doing other things like talking on the phone getting a payment instead of getting me checked in. Finally, i get ushered back into an exam room and the nurse puts a sliver of protective paper over where I am supposed to put my face on the most hideous chair I have ever seen. It must be from the 60's and the leather is almost completely worn off and full of super old foam. Eww. There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Update: Thank you for the response but I am looking for a healthcare provider that provides a comfortable, safe facility conducive to my healing and that includes aesthetically pleasing rooms and enough office staff to make it a welcoming first encounter. Dr. Lupo and his staff are all really excellent friendly people who walked me through everything and got me back on the road to recovery fast. I have never been put off or made to wait long. Adjustments are made in private rooms and there is a group rehab area with machines etc. Perhaps some people may not like the group area. However it's always been a really good experience, the other patients and Dr. Lupo really get you going, and by the end you're laughing and having a good time. I've been to other chiropractors and it's not always been a pleasant experience. I've been to some that were pushy or made you believe you need to come back every week for the rest of your lives. I am lucky and have good insurance doctors love to exploit but my co-pay isn't free and at $20/wk I could get cable tv. I mean, geez. Since my initial visit I have been in a car accident and will probably need the occasional adjustment for life. Dr. Lupo must have a good steady practice because he's only every encouraged me to do what I need and doesn't come at me like a used car salesman. The woman at the other desk. Stood up said its ok we will just apply it up coming visits.. as I said something was up. I went to their lobby. And called AETNA. I asked for a resolution specialist! Explained what was going on. Then took the phone to the employee! TAhst had all the answers. She very smoothly spouted out all that answers without a glitch! Like a nursery rhyme. AETNA told the employee well all your npi numbers match and I can't remember what else she gave Baut that still doesn't mean it in in plan. . After the call I asked for EVERYTHING. Back except my 15.00 co- pay. They agreed. And gave me a receipt. NOW other day after the 50.00 change is still pending. BUT the $35.00 has disappeared completely. I. Called my bank.And gave them a heads up. ABSOLUTELY MY FAULT. I ALWAYS Call and make sure. The provider in network. I'm 66. The prior weekend of the 10. We. It was mostly talking. I went home still in pain. I went back three days later and he didn't remember me. Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck. I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay. Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.
