We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. Brandon went through the prosses of setting up and showing us all the functions of the new system and thermostat, after he was done he left the house cleaner than when he started, a few days later stopped on his way to a service call just to make sure everything was good. rob followed up with us a week later. if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. 100 percent recommend kayl heating and air.

Allen Nunnekamp has done very good work for us…read more He has had to dig out a sewer pipe for us by hand in order to find our problem (tree roots) and replace the pipe and he fixed it so any blockages can be removed without digging again. He also replace our furnace/airconditioner. In the last year he was able to trouble shoot a couple of problems for us and get it fixed. The last one he told us we could change the water condenser pump ourselves that saved us some money. And we could do it! His office manager left the pump outside for me to pick up so I didn't have to wait on it as he was going to be out of the office. My house needed two AC Units to be fixed due to hail damage. I contacted my insurance company and they extended my "finish" deadline by 30 days. They said if we could find an HVAC guy to quote, fix and/or replace the units by the end of the month they would cover it. I contacted John with Nebraska Heating and Air. I had used Nebraska Heating & Air previously when I had flipped a property in the past. I felt they treated me very well and they did great work. John was able to put together some quotes which included upgrades in some of the quotes. John included why the upgrades would be beneficial and why he recommended them. They worked with my insurance company and replaced both units by the due date. The workers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and left the work area spotless!
