I thought that rutts was a family freaking friend to my grandparents these people do not care about their customers you would think with selling a brand new air conditioner they would be all over it!! what kind of a business doesn't even have a schedule and tell there customers WHEN THEY WILL BE COMING I called and asked the lady's that work as there and they said they don't have any idea when they are coming! it's so insanely sloppy and incredibly messed up that they would leave a family with children and a elderly person and all our animals without ANY AIR CONDITIONING IN JULY! DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF THERE CUSTOMER!!

They were really prompt in their response times, even though they always seem super busy! Their prices are reasonable too! Not only did I use them for my AC repair, I called them when I needed a new hot water heater and they worked with me on a payment plan! I recommended them to my parents when my parents wanted to put in a pellet stove in their house to replace the wood burning stove! They went out by Kenesaw and gave my parents an estimate and then did the work and then made sure to call them to make sure they were happy with everything! I highly recommend!

I was highly skeptical of my bill after a service visit from Witt's. After looking into it, I found…read moreout they charged me for two visits, even though the reason they had to make a 2nd visit was because of a part that they forgot to bring so they had to leave and then return later. Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Even though I did t use them for the new hot water heater project, I would still totally recommend them as they were able to get to the water line job quickly and I appreciate him giving me a heads up about the hot water heater.

Allen Nunnekamp has done very good work for us…read more He has had to dig out a sewer pipe for us by hand in order to find our problem (tree roots) and replace the pipe and he fixed it so any blockages can be removed without digging again. He also replace our furnace/airconditioner. In the last year he was able to trouble shoot a couple of problems for us and get it fixed. The last one he told us we could change the water condenser pump ourselves that saved us some money. And we could do it! His office manager left the pump outside for me to pick up so I didn't have to wait on it as he was going to be out of the office. Allen usually makes our place the last on the list for the day if we do need his service since we are neighbors and that way we get a chance to visit and catch up on the latest. Thanks Allen for the great service.
