I waited and waited until today, 9/8/2025, when I contacted FWS and was told that Lowe's had contacted them on 7/17/25, instructing them to close out the repair order, stating that they would contact me directly. That was two months ago. I still have heard nothing from Lowe's. Lowe's needs to either honor the repair order or refund my money.
