Triangle is not a large mall. It's more of a urban shopping center. There are a few department stores like Dillard's, Saks 5th Avenue, Belk, and Macy's. They have a Barnes & Noble, PINK, Victoria's Secret, Spencer's and Encore Shoes. Several small boutiques, athletic sports stores and famous chain sneaker stores(Champs, Footlocker). This is the reason I label this a "Urban" mall is because of all the street apparel stores. If you're looking for high end luxury designer shoppes like Lululemon, Nordstrom, Louis V., you won't find that here. At all. This is a decent mall to stroll through for a walk or if you need to pick up something quick while in the area. Some of the stores are small businesses just paying rent and not very popular. I have enjoyed shopping at Spencer's, DTLR, Foot Locker, Hollister, PacSun, Macy's, BELK. I mostly shop this mall for my preteen. It is so convenient when in the area, to stop by and shop quickly. Parking is effortless. I hope they can renovate this mall. It has soooo much potential to be better. The food court does not offer many options. I frequent the Chinese buffet Sinowok. The food is consistently good and the large portions are affordable to share with someone else. Customer service is excellent. read more

Macy's is 10 days from closing, and Saks will be right behind them. It's not like people are coming here for Macy's, except to grab the dregs at 80% off. The draw here is more sparkly clothes and sparkly furniture than you can imagine. I'm not a sparkly kind of guy. Since I moved to the area last September, 6 stores have closed. However, there are some unique stores here. Anime, cosplay and tabletop gaming are covered, and the hobby store has an RC parts inventory that throws me back to my teens. It's got a Planet Smoothie, which is oddly rare in this area. Now that the mall has had two shootings a week apart we can probably kiss the handful of megabrands goodbye when their leases are up for renewal. Sucks, this was a good place to zombie mall walk. read more

Hey, i'm saying this from the deepest parts of my spirit. WHY? everything you're doing is WRONG!! why would you have pokémon conventions? that's just one of my issues, and you might be like "oh why is that a problem" ok, i'll explain it. i'm at THIS mall because im trying to get away from crowds, and this mall is otherwise dead, every so often they'll host a convention and boom. i couldn't even walk in the halls without fearing that i would fall down the railings because that's how busy it was. my second issue is that they got rid of pacsun, that was one of the only places i go there, and obviously the world doesn't revolve around me, but i know im not alone on that. pacsun was one of their most popular stores, so WHY? third issue is that the place has gone to shit. barely any stores and if they do there all strange places nobody asked for. and this is no offense to the sword shop but, WHY? everything is going wrong at every step of the way. you'd be better off tearing the place down than to try and save it. there's no hope anymore. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Lash Junkiez. I booked with the technician "Nellielashtrap" (possibly Rikkia F.), and the service was unprofessional from the start. My natural lashes were not cleaned or prepped before application, and she was on the phone talking to a friend during my appointment, which made me very uncomfortable. After the appointment, my eyes were burning and irritated, and within one day my lashes were already falling out onto my pillowcase and sheets. When I brought my concerns to the owner, I was not offered a refund and was only told the same technician could redo the set, which I did not feel comfortable with. I also drove back out (I'm not from the area) just for the technician to cancel last minute, wasting my time and gas right before my birthday. I ended up spending $140 for lashes that did not last and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking with this technician. read more

This review is based on my online purchase of pants from Dillard's, not my experience with a particular store, though when I shop at a Dillard's store, I use the Triangle Town Center. Recently I ordered three pair of Roundtree and Yorke Classic Fit pants online from Dillard's. I have ordered these pants many times in the past and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that Dillard now not only has its Classic Fit, but also a Classic Straight Leg Fit, and I inadevertently ordered the "Straight Leg" version. When they arrived in the mail, I didn't immediately wear them. instead, I took the stickers off and hung them in the closet. After all, I had bought what I thought were the same pair many times before. When I decided to wear a pair a few days later, I quickly realized I had ordered the wrong pants and started the return process, since the Straight Leg style barely came above my "butt-crack," too skimpy for this 84-year-old. But Dillard's has refused to honor the return, since according to their extremely restrictive review policy, no merchandise can be returned without stickers, whether they were worn or not. Naturally, I won't ever shop with Dillard's again, but I hope Dillard's customers will be aware of their ridiculously restrictive return policy. read more

Triangle Town Center is a great mall, with easily-accessible parking and a wide variety of stores. Belk, Macy's, Dillard's Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret - you'll find most of your faves. This mall doesn't get a full five-star review because of its arbitrary and unfair teen curfew. We had just moved to Raleigh from Texas when my stepdaughter went to shop for some school clothes at Dillard's, and was asked to leave simply and solely because she was only sixteen. I was shocked and disgusted. It's utterly despicable to arbitrarily consider an underaged person a troublemaker or potential shoplifter strictly and solely because of their age! I am disabled and so is her father, so taking her shopping is not always possible or convenient. It's sad to see young people, who quite often have jobs and disposable income to spend, treated with such disdain and contempt. This is one of the largest malls in the area, though, and has the best selection of stores, so customers are pretty much bound to come here. read more

My tween and I were pretty disappointed with the selection of stores here. Granted, we are used to shopping in larger malls in the DC area. Pros: quick free parking, family-friendly, seemed pretty safe, has a great department store selection including Saks (would be awesome to add Nordstrom too). Cons: too many pop-up type stores, missing some top brands like H&M and Gap which is a huge deal to my kids. We'd heard this mall was safer and less congested than Crabtree but must say we like the store selection in Crabtree better. Saks seems a little out of place given the other stores in this mall. read more

Boy, I remember when this mall in North Raleigh opened and had unique shops new to the Triangle area. I even shopped there a few times, driving all the way from Durham. We recently decided to stop in again, mainly out of curiosity, and boy this mall has slipped tremendously. It just never caught on as a major shopping destination and is eclipsed by Crabtree Valley Mall and the Streets at Southpoint. I know malls are suffering all across America, but it was kind of sad to see so many shuttered storefronts and small shops selling what I would consider to be gaudy attire. Even the outparcels that used to have more shops and restaurants seem to be empty. We won't be back anytime soon. read more

So I hate writing poor reviews, usually I just avoid writing them. I don't come to the mall that often, in typing this I realize that is part of the problem. What happened to Starbucks and Cinnabon. Many of the name brand stores are gone and only one store was open. It is prime Christmas shopping time and only one retail store. Pretty good experience at Macy's - bought some cologne for my husband and some shoes for myself. Honest impression is that they are quite understaffed. I had to find someone to ring me up at the men's cologne counter, she was friendly and helpful but it took a minute to get help. Women's shoe department was very clean and organized. Pleasantly surprised that the shoes I chose were on sale - 30% off the tag price. Nice! Overall, easy to find a close by parking spot, store was organized and clean but be prepared that finding help might be an issue. read more

I haven't been there for seven years. Only went two to three times when living in Raleigh. It's like a copy of the Southpoint mall in Durham. They're only lack of Apple store and AMC. It's also very similar to Cary town center as there's also a small train. The commute is actually very convenient since it's right off 540 in north Raleigh. Very disappointed shopping experience at the Triangle Town Center. The place has potential to be a great mall, but it just doesn't have many great stores. When parking there wasn't a great feeling. There were people in groups just loitering around the mall, and it made us very uncomfortable. We didn't see any security the whole time we were here. The store selections here were very disappointing. There were a few, but most of them weren't that impressive. The outside shopping doesn't really exist. They have about two stores, and the rest are empty or abandoned. Again this place has potential to be a better mall, but management needs to improve the place. read more

This mall is going down. When it first opened it was fun, safe shopping, new restaurants and attractive stores surrounding the premises! It was the SPOT! With rare departments stores like Sak's Fifth Ave and Dillards. Now this mall seems to be going downward. The quality of the shopping experience. The atmosphere, seeing cops and security everywhere as well as lots of unattended teenagers who aren't buying anything but just hanging out and causing riff raff. I am finding great deals lately at the Anchor stores. they also have a Starbucks inside also. The Mall is very nice and has many shoppes that you see at other malls. But they have many more bathrooms, well at least visible signs. Not that I have to go , but you know when you do , you seem to be looking for a long time. The parking is great, I usually do not have a problem in finding a spot because I park at the furthest spot. but here you can park close and a security truck comes around every 4 minutes. read more

I've been stopping here for several years now for a variety of things, and frankly, I was pretty sure I had already reviewed TTC, but alas, it appears I may not have done that. This has been a regular stop after church or to place an online order for one of the anchor stores and the go-to place to pick up the order. If I want my team's paraphernalia, this is where I go. One of the highlights here is the Barnes & Noble bookstore. As others have said, the food court is sparse as is restaurant selection compared to other area malls. Parking is ample and it seems there is also plenty of vacant space as well. Glad to see new stores coming in. read more

It had been at least two years since we'd been there, and we were surprised to see that the outdoor commons area was practically a ghost town yesterday. Signs telling what used to be there are still up, but only a small restaurant and a handful of shops remain. The small food court and some kiosks are the only other places where you can eat, anymore. Parking and traffic flow were good, and inside the mall they have good anchor stores and some smaller popular stores, too. read more

Triangle Town Center isn't the best mall in the area (see Crabtree or SouthPoint) but it'll do on occasion given its proximity to home. It has most of what I'd need but not everything. There's no H&M, no Apple, no Alumni Hall. The Food Court, though I don't usually eat at those, is lacking. There isn't the plethora of good restaurants here as at Crabtree or SouthPoint...Twisted Fork is okay, though overpriced. Heh. Ho-hum. I agree with Christina G -- yawn-able. read more

I made the wrong turn and ended up at this mall. It's filled with your typical shops and consist of 2 levels surrounded by other stores on the outside. There's plenty of parking for everyone. I have to be honest and say that it's a bit dirty for my likings. It had this dark feel to it which reminds me of out dated malls. With TTC being about 5 miles from my home, I've eliminated the need to shop at the traffic-choked Crabtree Valley. Lots of things to like about this mall, including the carpeted upper level, the well thought out food court area, and stores such as Barnes & Noble, Saks, Macy's Sears, Dillard's, and our Raleigh favorite Hudson Belk. I seem to always find myself in Wolf Camera, Kirkland's, and FYE. The outdoor area with several restaurants and Orvis has a manmade "river" running through it. TTC also has addressed problems with teens by having a Youth Escort Policy in place for Friday and Saturday nights. read more

Triangle Town is your typical mall but has a few nice stores that the rest of Raleigh doesn't have (such as Saks). I like the close proximity to the outdoor stores too, such as World Market, Target, Old Navy, etc. To me, I can go to the Triangle Town area and get just about anything I need, from sporting goods, to furniture, to hardware, clothes, etc... it's got it all! Pretty pleased with Triangle Town Center & even more so that it's right by the Super Target I shop at for groceries. This is my second time here within the last year & both experiences have been great. I love that there is so much parking. Even on a Saturday at around 10:30, I was able to find a decent spot (on the Belk's side). The mall on this particular Saturday wasn't too busy. I love the variety of stores, there is something for everyone & stores to suit almost every person's price range. The food court has some pretty good food offerings, as well. read more

Horrible. This mall has really gone downhill the past few years. What was once a fun, safe shopping experience, has now turned into an area for gang activity. The quality of stores have also decreased. And let's not get started on their customer service. I tried to call today to ask a very basic question. Customer service didn't even bother to answer the phone, but instead sent me to voicemail. The two people I was able to get on the phone in other departments were unable to answer my question, and sent me back to customer service, where I once again was sent to voicemail. I had already started driving the extra 20 minutes to their competition, Crabtree Valley Mall, but was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it yet again. Ill continue making the extra 20 minute trip though. read more

Just left this mall. Will not be back unless they do somw major rennovations. At least 50% of the stores were shut down and closed. Very run down since the last time I had visited. Triangle Town Center is one of Raleigh's newest malls. After the VERY NICE Southpoint mall opened up in Durham, Raleigh rushed to open up Triangle. In some ways, I think Raleigh copied Durham with the styling of the mall, but it is a poor imitation. Southpoint is better, but too far for my taste. They have many name brand stores at this location, and a few places where you can get mobile phone accessories at a cheap price. Outside of the malls main building, there are a nice restaurants, and other stores. There are also some stores here that I have not noticed other places. In my opinion, half the mall is dead. The end by Macy's has several vacant locations, and that side of the mall does not seem to receive that much traffic either. The food court here is fairly decent, with a selection of various food styles. There is a little water display outside that works sometimes, where little jets of water shoot up from holes in the walk way. Kids like to play in that during the summer. On the inside of the mall, they have a little kid zone, and also a train that you can ride that runs around the mall. Yep, a mini train. Parking is not too bad at this mall, and there is not a parking deck ether. read more

This is a beautiful mall, especially for a large mall. It is also a very well decorated mall. The food court is in tip top shape. The tables are clean and so are the floors. During COVID it is not that busy and there are many food options around such as the Macaroni Grill and Chili's. There is also a large food selection inside the mall, there is Sino Wok which is a Chinese eatery inside the mall. There is also American options like Sbarro and Charleys Philly Steaks. This is easily one of the best malls around. read more

Very nice 2 story mall with a lot of parking. There are all the typical stores you find in every mall such as a Macy's, Express & Victoria's Secret etc. There's even a Saks 5th! There is a small kids play area where they have rubber type play things such as a little red car, a beaver & a boat etc. kids must remove their shoes. I live about five minutes from Crabtree Valley Mall, so Triangle Town was a little bit of a trek for me. I needed to grab a few things and didn't want to deal with the parking and crowds at Crabtree, and heard this mall was significantly less crowded. Triangle Town had most of the standard stores you would expect to see in any mall, and although they did seem to be missing some staples, I found everything I was looking for. There seemed to be a lot of restaurants to eat in, and the food court was decent as well. Parking was quick and easy, and I didn't have to fight through any crowds, or wait in any ridiculously long lines to pay. At Crabtree it takes me forever to park, and when I finally do find a spot I have wasted about twenty minutes. It is always crowded, and no matter when you go, and the most popular stores have the longest lines you have to wait in to pay. I really enjoyed just getting what I needed and getting out of there. This mall could make some changes to attract more people. For example, I had no idea there was an outdoor section until I read some yelp reviews. It makes me wonder how many other people miss out on this. I think they should add an outdoor movie theater, that might help draw people out there. Although I feel the mall could make some changes to attract new people. I enjoy the fact that it is not crowded, it is my little escape from the craziness of Crabtree. I don't think it will become my first choice mall, both Crabtree and Southpoint offers more to choose from, but when I want I nice, quiet afternoon of shopping I will definitely head here. read more

Whispers of closing and a downturn in prosperity notwithstanding, the Triangle Town Center is a convenient shopping stop in North Raleigh that boasts a full array of the usual department store giants plus a selection of chain and independent stores that are likely to satisfy most needs. The food court is insanely noisy, with high walled steel and glass architecture that magnifies every shouting child's ear piercing shriek. and the selection at the counters inside is limited. Try one of the outdoor strip alternatives for a quick bite, like Twisted Fork, Moe's, or the California Pizza Kitchen. The food won't be fabulous - these are basic quick bite spots - but you won't have to cope with the raptor-like screams bouncing off the walls and through your skull. I kept expecting a pack of dinosaurs to descend hungrily on me at any moment, given the truly horrific cacophony of constant high pitched shrieks between the fro-yo stand and the cheap Chinese food. The mall's interior is neatly kept and modern in design, pretty much in keeping with its larger and fancier cousin at Crabtree. It's a matter of convenience which one you want to go to. Unless you actually want the food court, in which case I would recommend avoiding the Creekside annex and making the trip to Crabtree. Possibly a hard hat and 120 decibel earmuffs would help. read more

Okay this mall has a total stigma attached to it....there are some wonky weird stores that I dunno why they are in a mall like Flashback, however all the anchor stores are like the Macys and the Saks, however even though I live literally 5 mns away I always choose to go to Crabtree I suppose because Crabtree allso has a baller ass food court as well as restraunts around it. Triangle has ALOT of potential especially with the new H&M that just opened up like two days ago. But I hate to say it, it needs more stores that bring in the tweens and teens because that brings the adults and that brings more lucrative shops. What this mall 100% NEEDS: 1. Triangle Town is a long haul for me, and the only reason really to make the trip is for the Saks. In my homebase (Durham), I get by pretty well on Nordstrom, but occasionally I need to shake off the usual or seek out something more exclusive. And for this, I usually rely on Saks. Compared to Nordies, they have an extraordinary selection of Nanette Lepore, Theory, and BCBG. I'd say their jeans also rival that of Nordstrom -- but with more Rock and Republic, which is a fave of mine. They even have an LV mini-store. Saks has let me down a few times though -- they don't carry some of the labels that are readily found in other Saks (eg, I've been hungrily eyeing the SKII makeup line that's exclusively sold at Saks, but not yet at this one); and once I drove all the way out for a denim fix, only to find that they don't have normal hours (ie, they close way earlier than 9pm!) on several weekdays. But Saks aside, Triangle Town is pretty yawn-able. Like Caroline mentions, they don't even have J. Crew or Banana Republic. These are staples in my book! Twisted Fork stands out among the more common restaurants. And I do enjoy the outdoor area with it's man-made river. But overall, I think this mall is ordinary. read more
