Communication was extremely poor, with long periods of no response (multiple weeks) and little to no transparency about the status of my application. I was ultimately rejected without a clear explanation despite meeting the advertised qualifications. I spoke to 2 different leasing agents, one of which was extremely disrespectful on the phone, and neither one of them communicated with each other about my application. The lack of professionalism from the leasing staff made what should have been a straightforward application and move-in process unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Don't even bother applying, it's just their way of stealing an application fee from as many people as they can.

We have lived in The Harrisons for the last two years and really love everything about it. The…read moreproperty manager, Michelle, is outstanding. She is very helpful and responds quickly to any issue we need help with. The maintenance man, Rob, is always available to help and is out there everyday. Kathy at the BND office, is so kind, helpful and friendly too. The lease on our place is very reasonable and each unit is built well, with keeping the noise of the ballpark out. Rob also is always cleaning the grounds and making sure the building is in ship shape. We have a ballpark view, which is awesome year round. We can watch games, concerts, fireworks, and events from the comfort of our balcony. The building is secured by gates underground for parking and key fobs for the elevator. It gives you that added feeling of security. We walk all over downtown, which has really come alive the last few years. The only thing we need now, is a grocery store Downtown. I highly recommend living at the Harrison, you will really enjoy the experience.

In which I found out that they are now under new ownership & with current renovations being done. I applied & was moved in within two weeks. Ashley is awesome and extremely nice! Being that I'm a college student she made everything easier & all the ladies in office were extremely helpful. I had a problem with my air conditioning and maintenance fixed it quickly! The apartment itself, amazing flooring, carpet, living room spacious, and tons of closet space. Happy to call this place home.

I have become good friends with quite a few of my neighbors and its very peaceful to live here. Everyone takes care of each other in their times of need. The management here is awesome. and professional. The ladies in the office are sweet, courteous and extremely helpful. The maintenance guys are always busting their humps working on something. I have never seen a community work so hard to be festive for the holidays or even plow out the residents when it snows. This is one community i am proud to be a part of. Leasing manager took mine, my neighbor's, and others DEPOSITS... there are current lawsuits for it. I was treated poorly by the new manager. Leasing manager stole my TV, she's rude and cunning. They need to stop stepping on toes before they run into the wrong one. I have to much going on but I would take things into my hands if I had the time of day. One of the workers actually came to my workplace on day and said that Misty the manager is hard on the team and blames them for her faults. Just awful, I loved the old management. I even asked if they needed a lifeguard because the old manager said I could work there but the new manager misty said no because they had one.... The pool was closed all 2024 and green. The air/heater ventilation smells like feet and I had a new one. The elevators are usually down, and last winter (2023) they had people patching up balconies because they fall on others... not safe. There be cockroaches. My neighbor got kicked out because of "mental instability" like who would kick someone into the streets if they even had that. We were told to leave because there are only allowed 2 heart beats per room, when they found out I had another baby they kicked us out and only gave us a month in a half to find a place, thank God I had my parents help or I would of lost my kids (2 babies under the age of two)... I asked them if I could just move into a bigger space and they said no "we don't have any space", but then when I went into the office they were helping people get in asap. I didn't know why she beefed with me all I know is I follow the rules and her (misty the manager) doesn't. It's the simple things like letting her dog roam everywhere or taking the "special" elevator but having me wait in the lobby. Just unprofessional and has no common courtesy. It was outdated until finally now they are remodeling but you can't cover up black mold. They were fixing our floor but left razors everywhere they don't care about the safety of others rather then a check... You can't hide everything under a rug and act like your this luxurious place. They don't pro-rate last month. They have you pay the full amount the last month of your lease in full, after that they don't give it back if your room has any damages. I approached Misty the manager and she then banned me from the apartment place.

There was always black stuff coming up out of her kitchen sink. Ruining multiple dishes! Last summer they never opened the pool!! The real kicker was when they denied her her deposit because a closet door was broke. The closet broke the week after she moved in so she just never used it. Not only did they deny her the deposit, they charged her $700 for the broken closet and she left that apartment in perfect condition. Her electric bill was always over $200! So BEWARE if you are planning on moving here.

Which so happens to be on move-in day. Also, of course the quick time limit of demanding a security deposit well over a month in advance to the move in date. They kept telling me they fixed it but never did and then told me they would be putting in a new unit which they also never did. Instead they left me with a big portable AC unit that would run my electric bill to over $300 every month and never gave me any sort of refund after deciding to leave as I was tired of complaining.
