Nathan came out for another look, checked on what was and wasn't working. The Earthadelic team wisely decided to wait for cooler weather to make replacements. Cue Anthony Granda (horticulturist), Miguel and team who came out this week (Sept 2025) to do the warranty replacements. Our lawns and landscapes have never looked so good. These guys and gals are hard-working. They never complain and if something doesn't look right, they return and make it right. Recently their contract came up for renegotiation and even though the prices were raised a bit, the majority of homeowners in our association didn't even blink an eye before giving the thumbs up to awarding another year's long contract.
