Followed up today still not 100% Dr Z insisted it was just a uti and when I asked about the back pain he told me it must be a pulled muscle. He also got up to leave while I was still asking about the next visit.

Felt rushed and pushed through the appointment. I had genetic testing done with the genetic testing office at GVH. I am high risk for breast cancer, the Lederach office recommended I get an MRI per this disposition and the genetic testing recommendation. Since my visit I have had daily calls to let me know I need to reach out to the genetics office to get this ordered. When I call the genetics office they tell me they need to see me as a patient to order and to contact Lederach. I have made no less than 10 calls back and forth over the last 3 days and neither office will help me as a human being rather than a billable body. I've been lied to and told the MRI was ordered, but BCBS has not recieved it. I now have another appointment to make sure we all agree my DNA has not changed and to make sure I spend more money. Run as fast as you can from these people. This is a money making operation, not a healthcare institution.

She said nothing to me as I was leaving not even let me see where the doctor is. When I got to the waiting room there was 1 person in the waiting room waiting to be seen. What a joke. They abruptly told me they did EKG's but I should go to emergency room they couldn't help!!!! Turned out our Dr diagnosed a vagal incident. Very common and not an emergency.
