I called Doak Grant on a Monday morning and he came out the very next morning to investigate a…read moresound I had been hearing in our fireplace chimney. He immediately was able to determine it was a squirrel and proceeded to figure out the best way to capture him. After using his ladders to climb up on our very steep roof, he set a trap inside the chimney. He pulled off the chimney cap and repaired where the squirrel had broken the wire. He then walked the outside of our house and showed us places that needed our attention to repair to keep critters away. We also had issues with bats so that was very helpful and in fact he spotted a where a bat was perhaps living!! He returned as promised three days later only to listen and hear the squirrel was still alive. He returned three days later as we did not hear the squirrel and he went up on our roof and pulled the trap up empty!! He was able to put a camera inside our chimney and the darn squirrel was still breathing !!! He returned three days later and the squirrel had passed and he removed him. He then climbed up to the second story window shutter and found the freaking bat !!!! He repaired the loose shutter so the bat could not return. I cannot say enough good things about Doak.
