We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

My tint rolled up 2 days later. They had me bring my car in. The technician looked it over and felt it was the extremely tight window seal that caused the issue. They replaced my Tint on that particular window. After looking over the rest of the windows. They felt that they needed to just redo all the door windows. So. They had me drop it off early Saturday and by 12 noon. It was ready to roll. Looks just as good as the first time. So. We are all human. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned. However, they stood by their word and repeated the work with no problems at all. They work they did was amazing and at a great price. I even threw in a tip to buy them all lunch. The initial tint installation had visible dirt contamination. The owner contacted me after my…read morereview and asked for a chance to fix it, so I removed the review and returned. The redo still had dirt specks in every window and the passenger side window they redid had a major gap compared to the other three windows. A week later the rear window developed a large bubble and the windshield tint showed more defects. When I returned they pushed the bubble down instead of replacing the tint, which created creases. I was also told dirt in the windshield tint was acceptable if it did not block my view. The bubble returned shortly after leaving and the windshield now has a noticeable uneven texture. Communication stopped after I sent photos. The owner later offered a $238 refund even though I paid $547. All windows still have contamination in the film and I now have to pay another shop to remove and redo the tint. I want the tint removed and the glass cleaned but I am not comfortable letting the same shop touch my vehicle again because I am concerned about possible retaliation or damage. Worst tint experience I have had.

I then emailed them photos of the stains, a receipt from the detail and post detail photos. they then argued with me that the photo of the post detail can not show the stains were from them even thought they asked for the photos. my first detail was cheaper than the normal cost and hooties only offered to pay half of the first cost which is not even half of the normal cost to get the stains removed. The customer service was poor addressing the Inconvenience since I drove 45 minutes to get my windows tinted and come back to my seats stained in which the covers didnt need to be removed in the first place.
