We had our basement water proofed in 2020. While the job took several days longer than it was supposed to, mud was left all through our kitchen and up the stairs, trash from the job was thrown out our basement window and never disposed of and they originally left an eye sore of a pipe sticking several feet out from the wall and shooting back in like a triangle they did come fix for me after multiple calls and texts and they still left the job unfinished with a floor drain left un cemented. After a few reschedules with the guy for him to come get the trash and cement it up I asked if it was needed or just cosmetic and he said "shouldn't be a big deal." So here we are not 3 years later with a failed sump pump and gallons of water being sucked up with a shop vac and a $1,000 bill from a plumber on emergency time who said our pump failed due to it not being installed properly....oh and that drain that "shouldn't be a problem"? That's where all the water came from.....it was a problem since installing the new system cut off flow out of the basement from that one. I knew it was a non working drain out but never did I dream it would turn into a faucet when the sump pump failed. You would think professional waterproofers would know the drain in fact was an issue or would be at some point. I called the company and was hung up on and called hateful by Kelly Chandler. The nice secretary Debbie informed me that she would "listen to my frustration" but between the call with me and the call with my Momma the only thing resolved was Mr. Chandler being upset he didn't get more of our money when we had to get the new pump. Look up his google reviews. He has some good ones but he also has ones like this where his company doesn't deliver on what is promised and he tells you you're hateful and he won't deal with you when in fact you are just someone who doesn't know how to waterproof their own basement and would have settled for sub-par results until it cost me a lot of time, $$ and distress. read more
