I asked him why they couldn't fix that. He said it's just too much damage of the inside OK I'm not 12 I've been around the block a few times put a bigger patch on it. They ran diagnostics on the Jeep even though they were swamped with other vehicles to determine it was a battery issue. They had a replacement battery ordered and installed within an hour.
