The guards were damaged and needed to be replaced, so he did the cleaning and replaced the guards for less than some others quoted for just a cleaning. And he did it all in under a couple hours. Maybe I didn't communicate what services I wanted properly (mow front and back and blow debris) but…read moreeach time someone arrived it seems they did not clearly know what was to be done and I had to tell them what to do. My back yard is on the edge of a conservancy and always mostly in shade and the ground stays soft so when a previous service had used a standing mower it left deep ruts in the yard that had to be filled. I told David this and asked not to use the standing mower but his guys used the standing mower anyway. The front of the house really cannot be done with the standing mower. David will no longer be doing anything in my yard.
