Repeatedly asked us what to do. We made helpful suggestions (which would have taken time and patience). He didn't accept them. Picked up his tools and walked out. The real issue is that he knew the three walls in the stairwell would need to be repainted and he didn't want to. We had to hire another painter to re-prep and repaint the stairwell as well as several other things left undone. BEWARE. He gave us money towards the painter (because we stupidly paid him in full) but not the whole amount. We are out $290 and we are seniors Tom Carter is out for Tom Carter. Period. He goes through employees like crazy. He's difficult, emotional and immature. Near the end of a job, he's usually running behind and rushes to get to the next, neglecting the end of the current job. Stupid us used him twice. Never again.

Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job!

The quote of the bid was on point, the quality of work the craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. You are in good hands with Elite.

You are undoubtably looking for immediate support right now…read moreand need a company who will be able to respond promptly and professionally, take action immediately, and execute at the highest level -- that is Restoration 360. I was days away from having my first child when our 2,500 sqft basement flooded. The R360 team was able to immediately respond, put a plan into action, and start work all within the same day. Work was able to continue when my wife went into labor and when we arrived home from the hospital, everything was taken care of and in absolute perfect condition. The cleanup and drying equipment they use is state of the art and the care they provide for your house while conducting business is second to none... heavy duty flooring protection to move equipment through the house, corner protectors, raising up furniture on waterproof blocks to get them out of the water ASAP, etc. On top of the excellent service they provided for the core flooding issue, dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. They answered calls and texts, provided frequent updates, helped with insurance related questions and provided proper and detailed documentation for insurance and even interfaced with insurance directly when needed. This was a PAINLESS process for a pain in the *** issue and I can't thank Joe and the team enough! You will not regret picking up the phone now and calling R360 to get this process started.

If only we could give 0 stars in the review. The destruction that I was left with when I sought the repair of a clog in a second floor bathroom was epic. It took 8 days to find and remove the clog. Late or no shows was a common occurrence. I was never able to get a description of the problem, the scope of work to be done, not even an estimate. The rudeness and lack of information was a concern right from the beginning. They tore out a beautiful 100+year old oak and mahogany floor that was not even damaged. Throughout the process the company reps kept insisting that we do not discuss with our insurance company and now we know why. The job is inaccurately described. The work was not done and they demanded that the insurance company only deal with Restoration 360. We finally refused to allow them access and have had to hire other providers to finish the job. It is now 6 weeks later and still not finished.
