After leaving a review the general manager left a remark saying that we would not be refunded because we used the room for 90 minutes. Since we were there for less than 12 hours, I'll just provide the pros and cons of what we experienced of the hotel below. The pros: *Large spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows which is a priority for us. Plenty of space for luggage, seating and a nice desk space. *Nice size modern bathroom and shower. Plenty of counter space. *Kitchenette area with microwave, Kurig coffee maker, small fridge with small freezer. *Large flat screen TV on wall. *Free nice breakfast which was pretty decent. Although limited, it does have a few items if you need a snack or a beverage. *Well lit large parking lot and entrance. *Several luggage carts available for use. *Secure side\back door entrance - key access only. It sounded like elephants above us. *The shower floor looked dirty. I'm sure it was just stained over time but it still looked gross. *There was not a hair dryer in the room. On google you can see their price is $55 a night (I also called beforehand and the woman I spoke to said $55 as well), but when I went to check in at the smelly office, the man in sweatpants tried to charge me $85 (the dog fee was only $10). After seeing how repulsive the office was I immediately declined. He had no decency or regard for customer service. I wish I could have taken a picture to post on here of how nasty the office was (I can't imagine how the rooms would look)! It looked like the couple were hoarders. I would not feel comfortable staying in one of their rooms. I highly recommend the Super 8 down the street. It was much nicer, and the customer service was amazing!
