Many drivers are long time residents of the Middletown, NY community and are knowledgeable of the local area as well as many of other areas in the tri-state and are always willing to lend a hand with walkers, wheelchairs, and packages/groceries. They will go bring customers just about anywhere. The office staff and people answering the phones are always very nice and pleasant to customers when they call. Occasionally takes a few minutes to get a car if not scheduled in advance, but worth a few extra minutes for the great service provided by these dedicated drivers.
