My wife and I had a great experience with our initial visit to Volvo Cars Cincinnati East. Devon…read moreWhite greeted us warmly and professionally - asking us what we were interested in. While we didn't know for sure - we knew we wanted an SUV, so he described the line up. And we narrowed our choice down to 2 models and he quickly offered us a test drive of both. After our test drives, he answered our questions, gave us additional information and his card, and offered to help us as we got closer to making a decision. No pressure - just helpful and professional. We will be working with him if we buy a Volvo for sure.

I accurately diagnosed my Volvo with a power steering fluid leak -- thanks for the lesson, Dad!…read more Volvo Cincinnati confirmed the diagnosis, and asked me to leave it for service to be completed within days. Following is the timeline of [non]events; Monday -- I left the car at Volvo Cincinnati. Tuesday -- No news Wednesday -- I received a call from Ron to the effect that the necessary part was not in stock, and would not be available for two weeks. I offered to retrieve the part from Louisville and/or Nashville Volvo while traveling for work. No go -- the part had to be ordered from Sweden. Ron apologized profusely. I appreciated the predicament that the initial service rep put him in; however, there was no offer of a loaner. (It would have been a nice gesture given the lengthy delay.) Two weeks and a few days later after a couple of terse text messages describing my frustration over the situation -- the car was ready. ($1k+) Two days later -- Power steering fluid GUSHES from the car so badly that I had to have it towed back to Volvo Cincinnati. (See photo). Ron arranged for a loaner this time. No charge for the extra service--a loose connection caused by a rusty component. I have so many questions. Why did the initial service rep not know that the part was unavailable? Why did it take two weeks to arrive? Did I receive such bad service because my Volvo is an older model? Because I'm an older model? Because I'm a woman? Why did the mechanics not replace the rusty component while they were initially servicing the car? Why did they not notice a loose power steering fluid receptacle? Why was I not offered a loaner at the outset of the delay? Why didn't I go to Sweden myself for the part? Is this luxury service for a luxury brand? In the end, I don't care what the answers are because I will never again consider Volvo Cincinnati for service or sales. One star is for Ron who handled the situation, to include my terse texts, like a damage-control pro.

Flipped over a construction was into incoming traffic, hit another car then landed on mine. Gratefully everyone lived, but since the driver was uninsured, I had to pay $1,000 deductible, miss a week of paid work, total car loss. I met with the dealership, no lawyers, just asking them to do the right thing and minimally compensate the loss. Radio silence, they take no responsibility, will not even call back my insurance agency. Now I have to buy a car and deal with the long term impact, I have to drive for my work and have yet to get on a highway. There are lots of family owned dealerships in Cincinnati, the competition is steep. I recommend Wyler dealerships. I told them the situation and they have offered to help me find a safe option when I am ready to fully drive again. This was not an accident, it is negligence and a dealer who won't take responsibility tells me all I need to know about how they will deal with customers. Really too bad, this could have been a simple, positive experience about family values and taking responsibility. I wish I could write a positive review.

Extremely disappointing experience with Maserati of Cincinnati…read more My Maserati has been at the dealership for over two months, even though I was originally told the repair would take approximately three weeks. I was told by Joe the cost would be approximately $3,000 out the door, and I agreed based on that amount. My paperwork shows an Approved Total of $2,288 and Revised Estimate of $2,988.29, yet I was later presented with an amount exceeding $5,000. During these two months, I was the one repeatedly calling and following up for updates. I never received a satisfactory explanation for why a repair I was told would take about three weeks turned into more than two months. The extended delay also affected my work. The loaner I was using had a 75-mile-per-day limitation, which restricted my ability to travel and attend some work meetings while my own vehicle continued sitting at the dealership. I tried resolving the situation with Amanda, the Service Director, but I did not feel that she listened to my concerns or made a genuine effort to resolve the underlying issues. On September 16, she left me a voicemail saying the loaner needed to be picked up the following morning, but later that same day I was told it needed to be picked up that day. I cooperated and allowed their authorized person, Tyler, to pick up the loaner. Because of the short notice, I had to cancel and rearrange work meetings and other commitments. Now I am without a vehicle and have to arrange transportation and travel approximately two hours to pick up my own Maserati, creating additional expense for me. After the loaner was picked up, I also received a Vehicle Use Agreement dated September 1 that I did not personally sign or electronically accept. The document shows a Condition IN date of September 17 even though the loaner was taken from my possession on September 16. I have requested an explanation and any signature or electronic acceptance records associated with that agreement. I also contacted General Sales Manager Scott hoping he would help resolve the situation. Instead, I felt that my account of the original approximately $3,000 bill was being questioned and that I was being treated as though I was not telling the truth, despite the paperwork I have. I also found the conversation disrespectful. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this professionally. I am not refusing to pay. I am willing to pay the approximately $3,000 I understood and authorized. I want the documentation reviewed, the amount I agreed to honored, and an explanation regarding the loaner agreement. After more than two months, canceled work meetings, transportation expenses, repeated calls for updates, and attempts to resolve this with multiple members of management, I hope Jim Woodall, William Woeste, or someone at the executive level will personally review what happened and help bring this situation to a resolution.
