-- Why do I keep coming here! -…read more I was the 1st to review these folks 10 years ago and I keep stopping in a few times a year. Why? I'm an Amazon Prime guy and could have most any office supply type stuff on my doorstep in a day or two, So why? Here's why. 1. Sometimes I just need something NOW! The perfect example is printer ink. I don't have time to wait a day or two. I can buy it here and be back to my casa in less than an hour. 2. Copies. If you don't have a printer, they are super convenient. No need to see a person. They have multiple top-shelf copy machines paid for by attached charge card machine. Just whip in and whip out with no cashier needed. 3. I was in the market for a new computer desk and there are about a million on Amazon. However, I needed to touch it and sit at it to make a decision. These folks had just what I needed. The ambience is just what you would expect, and I have always found it spotless. The depth and breadth of products is impressive. I always find what I need. Their pricing is completely acceptable. If I pay a buck or two more for the convenience of immediacy, it's well worth it to me. Customer service has been a little off lately. The people are uniformly great, but they seem to be too lightly staffed. It's a little hard to find someone if you need help. This is an easy 4 stars for me!

Fantastic repair. Quick and reasonable price too…read more I have an HP Pavilion Windows computer that I purchased in October 2011 (10 years ago) with a solid state drive (SSD). It finally died. I didn't know what was wrong. It could have been just the monitor because when I powered it up, I could barely see anything on the screen other than pixelated junk with error messages - no boot drive etc... I called Sebring Computers Wednesday mid-morning and they were able to get me into their service department right away - that same day. He tested the monitor that I also brought in, and it was good. Then he tested the video card and it was bad and so was the SSD at the time. I got 10 years out of it. He said he could start working on it right away, but I said I couldn't leave my main SSD or the secondary hard drive - for security purposes. He took both of them out within 2 minutes and handed them to me for safe keeping. He called me within a few hours that same day and said he installed a new (and larger) SSD and I should bring in my secondary hard drive to reinstall it into the desktop. I now have a new SSD and video card, along with a new heat sink for the computer, with Windows 10 Pro installed. I now have it back home and I have reinstalled EVERYTHING and it works perfectly, actually its faster now that I have a new hard drive without all the bloated software on it. ((( SUGGESTION FOR ALL OF YOU: Always back up your data to your own external hard drive, I use a 500gig SSD myself. Maybe get two of them. But also back up your Outlook .pst file so you don't loose any emails. ( I just happened to back up my Outlook on Monday and the computer crashed on Wednesday, so I didn't loose anything ))
