We recently purchased a 4 year old Yorkie for $2500 from Tiny Puppies World off of the site Good…read moreDog. According to that site we were supposed to get a dog that was seen by a vet and approved for sale and had all updated shots. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.

Four months ago, I bought a 4 week old baby's cockatiel. I been looking at this bird store for…read moreyears and I finally got my companion I've always wanted. When I went to purchase my cockatiel they ensured to educate me by handfeeding. I never hand fed before but they made it easy for me and allowed me to be rest assured that he will be just fine as long as I followed their instructions. I am in contact with them as long as my baby is alive. I will say that they are pricey for toys and the formula. One toy cost 8 to 12 dollars the last time I checked, also the feeding formula for the baby was 25.00 each time you buy. You shouldn't go through the formula so easy but it's just an FYI that they are expensive at least for me haha! I would definitely recommend you to do your own research before you even come to get a bird (hence, they go by this saying and I will always agree) if you aren't knowledgeable about something, they are always ready to help. They will get back to you as soon as possible, don't be hesitatant to ask for help. CALL THEM!! Come by and get your baby parrot they sell out fast!! Great selection of color and ages of parrots. They are amazing!

Most recently, Amanda...Owner completely "Scalped" my poor 16 month old dog. I have attached a picture. My Dog suffered: razor burns, contusion & 2 trips to the Vet. I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming. I tried to resolve this serious experience with both Owners ... to no avail.

Areas that could improve: 1. store was very small, and unfortunately Saturday was packed with people. If Saturday is most the people, perhaps making a reservation only would be a better experience. 2. The staff working was friendly, but only one spoke English. Clearly more employees are needed to help. 3. The processing time was horrible. I think we were just waiting for 3hours. Again, this was caused by high volume of people and only one person who spoke English. 4. Overall puppy purchase transaction was let's just say underwhelming. When spending amount 1k on a dog, I expected a little more. A nice "welcome packet" partnership with other local businesses giving pet discount items, etc. We did get a bag of puppy food and can of wet food. That's it. 5. The amount of redundant forms could really be streamlined by using a tablet and basic technology
