I had a roofing company that was suppose to help me with the problem.. they never came out to view the damages....I fired them... A friend of mine referred me to CLAIMS CONSULTANTS. They got to work right away and worked with my insurance company to restore my building back to livable conditions. I am thankful for their help with this major problem.

"[O]nly authorized U.S. Postal Service delivery personnel are allowed to place items in a mailbox. By law, a mailbox is intended only for receipt of postage-paid U.S. Mail." These people are flagrantly violating the law. 2. The flyer boasts "Restoration and Mitigation Specialists", "Roofing-Gutters-Windows", "Let our trained claim specialists inspect your property today!", etc. I can't tell from all this gibberish what it is that they actually do - for your money. Are they roofers? Window installers? Or some nebulous additional layer of expense added on to your bill? This outfit sounds really fishy from the get-go. You have been warned.

We had our house resided with LP this month by Muller. Their quote was honest, competitive and very…read morefair (less than we initially guessed the project would be!) and stayed consistent with the scope of work throughout the project. There were no unexpected additional costs or "nickel and diming". The work was completely thoroughly, beautifully and on time. There was no punch list of left over finishing work to complete at a later date. The crew worked full days at every opportunity - weather was the only time we didn't see them. They were the epitome of kind and respectful throughout quarantine - always giving us space when the kids were running around or we needed to get bikes out of the garage. They kept the job site clean which we appreciated because we were working and distance learning from home. Thoughtful, personable and fun, they cheered on my son as he made soccer goals from their ladders all while setting boards in place. You can tell there's a great culture at Muller that encourages hard work and teams who enjoy working well together. We were told the crew that was at our home, led by Ishmael, has been with Muller for 17 years (I hope I'm getting that correct) which goes to show employees are treated well, and it's a long-standing business. Rob came by daily to check on progress and make sure we were pleased. And we are! I would whole-heartedly recommend Muller and feel fortunate our neighbor recommended them to us.

I was given a handwritten quote and thought, "who still writes quotes by hand?" After doing my homework and calling the referrals they provided, I hired them for the job. I couldn't recommend them more and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Details like the owner Eugene placing the sample shingles by the house and having me look at them from a distance of the street so that I can choose the color and texture (as opposed to inside the house on a table with artificial light) and explaining clearly the options I might have in order to address this leaking roof made sure I am in control of how this project goes. The workers were polite and hard working. Eugene came back the next day for inspection to make sure the job was done to his standard, and picked up every bit of trash the workers missed due to darkening daylight the evening before.

Thank you Storm Life Restoration Llc. For my roof replacement…read more This was our first time having a roof repair/replacement. From the moment Liz Kinder arrived on my door step she assured us she and the Storm Life Restoration company will be there every step of the way. They did not disappoint. What we appreciate most was Liz ability to work directly with our insurance company giving us peace of mind. Once we were informed when the material was being delivered, the crew to install the roof came out the next day. The roof was completed in one day. The debris was dispose of properly and they thoroughly clean the area. Our experience with Liz and the Storm Life Restoration company has been a positive one.

So this review comes after a couple of years they completed work at my home…read more So let's first start with the good things. 1. their sales reps are good. They explain things to you properly and go through pricing with you fairly 2. We received Bill of material from our insurance company and all the materials arrived as listed 3. The workers who were actually doing the work were courteous and they professionally did their job Now the worst experience with this company 1. Their project managers are very rude. We were not sure whether it was because we were doing it for the first time or whether it was a racial thing 2. Anytime we called them asking for explanation of anything the person freaking with us on the phone was always rude. My wife cried a couple of times and I got involved when I saw it happening the second time. I had to literally use the threat to go to BBB for them to back off and finish the work 3. They asked for more money then the initial contract and when the above situation happened they forego the money. I believe they did that as the project manager we were freaking with was very rude and I threatened to go to BBB 4. They let go of the money without us demanding it so it means that they knew they did something wrong 5. The worst part is that as a customer you don't expect your service provider to be rude or threaten you 6. They didn't know that the city of Rolling Meadows needed a permit for any roof work. Upon our insistence they did get the permit however they should have known that as a professional company 7. When another roof company came to do an inspection for a recent hail storm we had, they said that the quality of roofing material chosen was also not top grade and ever since they did the roofing work or bedroom has started remaining colder then earlier Overall I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this company unless you really know the owners or know the project managers very well. Expect to be treated rudely and be ready to fight back
