    Really nice golf course
    Robert K.

This place is a great place to come golfing. They take good care of the course here. The people in the clubhouse work really hard and provide excellent customer service. The rates are pretty decent too. The greens are always in good shape too. Take it from me!! I have been golfing here since 1995 and the course has gotten better and better each year. On hole 15 tee box you have a view of all 3 mountains. Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Baker and Mt. Hood. Hence, that's why they call it Tri- Mountain. If you play here you will not be disappointed.

Great course but desperately need some Marshall's out on the course. Our 3:04pm tee time didn't tee off until 3:20. We just finished the 10th hole and it's 6:32pm. Also they didn't have any range balls available when I arrived at 2:30pm on a Saturday. Possibly the slowest play I've ever experienced at a golf course. The hot dog was fantastic though, probably the best part of the experience.

If you know you're hosting a golf tournament. It's not hard to put up signs days before indicating you're gonna be close to the public.

They do have a driving range, though I have never used it, at which you hit floating golf balls onto a small lake.

Ample parking before you take a short walk to the clubhouse. Once you enter the clubhouse, tons of cool art/paintings on the wall with beautiful windows looking out onto the course. They offers lots of merchandise from their own to other local brands. You can tell they are involved with their PNW and golf communities. Checking in is a breeze, the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They have lots of beverages options without any liquor. A great grill menu along with snacks. The course? Pristine almost always. We can't predict weather can we? But despite that- they work their assess of to keep this place prime. The course is hard-ish at least for me because I'm the worst but it's not an easy spot. It's challenging and fun for all levels! My favorite holes are 3, 12 and 17. Once you are finished up, you MUST go have a Bev on their amazing patio. The views are epic and great vibes. In the summer on Friday nights they have live music which is always great for friends and family. I truly can't recommend this place enough.

I usually don't post any reviews, and when I do they're positive…read more This is an exception. It's a beautiful course, but terrible management. Tee times are so overbooked you'll spend more time waiting than playing. The marshals are downright disrespectful, talking down to players, refusing to listen, and lying about their rules as they selectively accuse players unjustly. Tried to clarify and reason with them and got attitude instead of answers. Management clearly backs the power trip instead of fixing the problem. Shame, because it could be a great course if they cared half as much about players as they do about packing the schedule and being rude to those that paid to play.

They have everything a fitness enthusiast could possibly ask for: (2) beautiful, clean (saltwater) pools, spa, steam, sauna. I'm a lap swimmer, so I really appreciate these. Upstairs is a great weight and cardio area with ALL the bells and whistles, plus a great indoor walking track for the winter months. I'm not a tennis or pickleball player, but they have quite a few courts, both indoor and outdoor. They have quite a large staff, and in my experience they're all consistently professional and courteous and provide excellent service. They even have a bar with food on the premises which is normally open during late afternoon / early evening. They used to have a "junior center" here, prior to the pandemic, but unfortunately it has not re-opened since then. This lack of service and amenities for kids is my only complaint. Quite a few of the reviews here mention the fact that the building is "old and outdated". Yes, the building is older, but considering the HUGE scope and incredible variety of amenities, I can easily overlook that minor issue. In general, the staff do an excellent job of maintaining the building and equipment. One more thing, their dues are VERY reasonable, especially if you're just using their athletic / fitness facilities (as opposed to golf and tennis). Their pricing structure charges different amounts depending on whether you're a golf, tennis, or athletic member.

In my opinion, their loss. This club is not only the best bang for your buck in Clark County with all the ammenities it offers but management and whole staff (incl Jody) do a great job. Everyone is nice and helpful. Someone mentioned VTC for tennis, I am still a member there and like the classes and pros a lot, but it's next to impossible to get a court. And while the annual dues my be low, it's very expensive overall. CGM has several days of free play for men and women, they provide balls for our tennis matches and Carlos & Emory are just the best. I love the fact that it is private and they limit the membership so we can all use the facility for tennis, pickleball, gym, pools, saunas, classes, etc., when we want.

Do not bother with any groupon or living social deals with this place. Current deal with groupon…read moresays one per day and comes with a punch card. What it doesn't say is that the owner will change the terms on you after he already has your money. Save your money... Trust me in regards to these deals. Also he'll tell you afterwards that you can't redeem on weekends which it doesn't say in the fine print. Update 7/292013 This is in response to the owner basically calling me illiterate. I purchased the large bucket deal. I had the punch card, but the owner ended up taking mine and ripping it up saying it was a mistake to get that from his young staffer on a previous trip. I'm sure the reasoning behind it is that he realized he couldn't differentiate punch cards from groupon/living social deals from the regular purchased punch cards. So after ripping mine up, he ended putting me down in his log book for groupon or living social deal purchasers because if you're in the log book different rules apply. The other hilarious thing is that they all of a sudden they stopped doing large buckets and switched up to mediums only. So I ended up with 16 mediums. His explanation is that the extra two mediums cover the cost difference of the living social deal. But if you do the math on total ball count I wasn't fairly compensated in terms of balls. 14 larges with about 100-105 balls each equals 1400-1470 balls. 16 mediums with about 70-75 equals 1120-1200. Here is the exact description from my purchased living social deal. Notice there is nothing about not being able to use it on the weekends or only one bucket per visit. I can read, but you can't read whats not written. The deals you see now might be updated with his strict regulations, but if not, beware!!!! There's only one thing that's going to improve your golf game, and it isn't a spectral Will Smith emerging from a sand trap. It's practice, and you'll get lots of it at I & G Golf Range with today's half-off deal. Snag five, private 30-minute lessons for $50 (regularly $100) or a punch card for 14 small buckets for $25 (regularly $50), 14 medium buckets for $35 (regularly $70), or 14 large buckets of balls for $40 (regularly $80). Bag(ger Vance) five private lessons with a flesh-and-bones instructor, or perfect your putt and spruce up your swing at this full-service Vancouver range with more than a dozen small (40 to 45 balls), medium (70 to 75 balls), or large (100 to 105 balls) buckets. Either way, we'll make sure Matt Damon plays you in the movie. And now the fine print... * Buy as many as you'd like * May be used over multiple visits * Reservations are required for lessons and subject to availability * Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture * All services must be used by same customer; cannot be shared * Not valid on holidays * Other conditions apply (see below) Other Conditions... Except where noted in the fine print: * No cash value/cash back * Tax and gratuity are not included * Entire value must be used in one visit * Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion * LivingSocial Terms and Conditions - I have nothing against the owner or his range. I just wished if he has issues with Groupon or Living Social and the terms that he didn't remember to put down or they omitted. Whoever fault it is, your customers shouldn't be the ones paying the price. The sad thing is when I was younger used to practice here all the time when it was H&H with my father, but after this experience I have stopped going here all together. It left me so bitter, that I'd rather not deal with the business again and they can keep my money. I felt like each time I showed up, he had a new rule about when and how you could redeem. Each rule making it more difficult to redeem for the average 9-5ers. If you're retired and only hit one bucket per visit, then the deals probably will work for you. To the owners defense the place itself is not too bad. They have grass tees and covered mat areas. The last time I was there the balls were old, mismatched, and could use some updating. Nothing personal Darren, hope you've beaten your battle with Cancer. Take care.
