Do not bother with any groupon or living social deals with this place. Current deal with groupon says one per day and comes with a punch card. What it doesn't say is that the owner will change the terms on you after he already has your money. Save your money... Trust me in regards to these deals. Also he'll tell you afterwards that you can't redeem on weekends which it doesn't say in the fine print. Update 7/292013 This is in response to the owner basically calling me illiterate. I purchased the large bucket deal. I had the punch card, but the owner ended up taking mine and ripping it up saying it was a mistake to get that from his young staffer on a previous trip. I'm sure the reasoning behind it is that he realized he couldn't differentiate punch cards from groupon/living social deals from the regular purchased punch cards. So after ripping mine up, he ended putting me down in his log book for groupon or living social deal purchasers because if you're in the log book different rules apply. The other hilarious thing is that they all of a sudden they stopped doing large buckets and switched up to mediums only. So I ended up with 16 mediums. His explanation is that the extra two mediums cover the cost difference of the living social deal. But if you do the math on total ball count I wasn't fairly compensated in terms of balls. 14 larges with about 100-105 balls each equals 1400-1470 balls. 16 mediums with about 70-75 equals 1120-1200. The sad thing is when I was younger used to practice here all the time when it was H&H with my father, but after this experience I have stopped going here all together. It left me so bitter, that I'd rather not deal with the business again and they can keep my money. I felt like each time I showed up, he had a new rule about when and how you could redeem. Each rule making it more difficult to redeem for the average 9-5ers. If you're retired and only hit one bucket per visit, then the deals probably will work for you. To the owners defense the place itself is not too bad. They have grass tees and covered mat areas. The last time I was there the balls were old, mismatched, and could use some updating. Everything the BAD reviews state are completely true. I work 2 minutes from this place and used to go here on my way home from work, hit a bucket and go home. The convenience out weighed my disappointment for the customer service. All I wanted is them to sell me a bucket of balls and leave me alone. I come in one day and they have a special going, NOT A GROUPON BUT THEIR OWN ADVERTISED SPECIAL... 250$ for 2 large buckets of golf balls per day for a year. I jump on that in a heartbeat. I came in multiple times a week for the next couple weeks, no problems. Then the fun began, I show up at 4:45 (I get off work between 4:30-4:40). Owner tells me he shutting down early because of no customers and I can only have a medium bucket (apparently I'm not a customer anymore). This began to happen to me on average 2 times a week, mind you they supposedly close at 6pm... ... No I am not one of those people that takes an hour to hit 10 golf balls... Plus I told him when your ready to go just let me know and I'll grab my stuff n go. I had to deal with this guy for the next year so I was trying to be considerate... About 2 months later, they decide to no longer do 2 large buckets and only do medium and extra large (which is there previous large bucket) he can only give me 2 medium buckets daily. So at this point I'm a little annoyed. So I ask him since they made this change can he extend my one year for an extra month, he tells me he will think about it. Next time I come in he says, no there is nothing we can do about it. Then this got me, he said why are you even complaining, you come in here all the time and hit plenty of balls, you got a good deal on the year long card and non of the other owners have even care that we changed the size of the buckets, why are you complaining so much? ... Really why am I complaining so much? Hmm lets review for a sec, you guys are closed half the time I try to come in, when I do get in you only give me half of what you promised me because no "customers" are coming. Then you decide that you promised me more than what you now think is reasonable so lets just change that... I can't stand this place, and especially the management. I'm pretty sure this place went out of business or something. They haven't been open for over a week. There is no signage indicating what's going on, but the gate is shut and there are no signs of life inside. Of course, this would have to happen after I purchased a pack of 10 buckets for $75. I had time to use 3 of them before they went awol. They were nice enough usually, but there was just a weird vibe there - not sure how to describe it. Hadn't been here in a long time and bought a Living Social deal for the range. Went in on a weekend and was informed that the deal punch-card can't be used on the weekends. They are closed Monday and apparently consider Friday the weekend b/c I was told it is usable Tue-Thurs. The deal never stated any of this, only saying it's unavailable on holidays. I would have liked to have a chat with the owner/manager about misrepresenting their offers but it was just a kid working there so wasn't going to put him through that when he had no control over it. Anyway, getting a refund from Living Social now and won't be going back there after that. Whoever is running that place needs to learn to honor your deals or not offer them to begin with. Update to the review below. I only ended up using one of my lessons from this package, so I was credited for the amount I spent and given the lessons after the deal was supposed to expire. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you don't go off on people! I have also since that time purchased a new customer driver and putter and received some great lessons. Darren and his crew have always treated me professionally, he's earned my business. (This review is showing up under "not currently recommended") I wasn't real happy to learn that this deal was only good on weekends, but oh well. I have had several lessons from Darren, (who is currently fighting cancer), he is a great instructor. As for the condition of the facility, who cares, it's a driving range! I will never go back to this place!! Worst driving range ever. The guy at the desk was the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever encountered at a business. I came in around 6 pm (they close at 8), and after I told him that I'd like to use my Groupon, he told me that he's closing in 10 minutes and that I really can't. Then he offered me only one bucket. When I stated that I thought they did not close til 8pm, he basically said "tough shit, and that's too bad--when the other guy is here, he can be open til 8." He told me that I can request a full refund from Groupon if I want, and that he's sick of them anyways. Talk about a terrible experience! Originally, we thought we had struck gold finding this groupon deal at our local driving range. However, when we showed up we quickly learned this was a major "bait and switch" deal. The kid at the counter informed us that the deal can't be used on the weekend. Of course, this was NOT in the fine print. And if that wasn't bad enough, he also informed us that you cannot share the bucket!! That is absolutely ridiculous. I always go to the range with another person, and split a XL bucket or two. This was a pre-paid deal, so why would it even matter?? At this point, we asked to have the manager's phone number. The kid at the counter was obviously not going to be able to do anything about it. Of course, there was no answer or call back from the manager. We made it very clear that we'll take our business elsewhere. I called groupon and reported the scam. I got an easy refund, and I hope they decide to cancel the deal and refund each and every customer who had the misfortune of buying this fraudulent deal. So like others, I purchased a Groupon for this place, thinking it sounds like a great deal. My 10 yr old son loves to golf so I thought, "awesome". Well first of all the place is so run down and hidden by overgrown shrubbery I thought it was an abandoned house, until my son pointed out that he saw the I&G part of the sign. Second, the owner was so completely rude when we got there. I showed him my groupon on my phone and proceeded to tell me that I could NOT use that. He told me I had to bring in a paper copy. At this point I was already upset because I drove almost 30 minutes to get there. I tried to explain to him that it works the same way. I mark it redeemed once he gives me the punch card. He proceeded to tell me I needed a paper print out and that he can't let me redeem it until I bring him a paper copy. I asked him if I might be be able to print it out there and he proceeded to tell me he has no printer at his business. Whether or not that was true, I find it very weird that a company would not have something as simple as a printer. I told him his attitude and service was horrible and I didn't appreciate it. I also told him I drove a half hr to get there. He asked me where I came from and I told him a second time, I drove from camas, he then looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Seriously?? WTF... This place is never open when it says it will be open. I called today a Saturday and it says closed Monday open 10am-6pm the rest of the week. No one answers. Went by yesterday at about 11:30am and it was closed. They may in fact be out of business. read more

Home owned driving range. Good prices on range balls. Club customization, repairs and of course lessons. The resident pro is easy to talk to, starts with the basics and works you through with simple instructions. He can order an set of clubs from any company and beat the prices of many golf shops. read more

This is an updated post to my original post about the range and the owner. Recently I reached out to the owner to make a request to make amends to an earlier dispute about an issues I had in my original experience. As for my actual review: The range itself is perfect for what I'm trying to accomplish, hit a bucket of balls into a large empty field and put much needed time into my golf game. Very honestly the facilities are nothing flashy, and that is not what I'm looking for. I&G does have quality golf matts and tees to hit off of, and the yardage markers are helpful in determining how far you are hitting each club. Very frankly, if you are committed to working on your golf game and plan to hit a ton of buckets of balls each year, their annual pass offering cannot be beat. If you do get an annual pass, there are opportunities during each year to get it at a discount, so make sure you know when those offerings occur. Also, from other customers, I have heard that the professional instruction is solid as well. Frankly, the location and annual pass is too good for me not to practice my golf swing here. I will advise other customers to make sure that you understand the rules and hours and follow them, as they are strictly enforced. Right or wrong, I've come to realize that it is the owners business and he has the right to put policies in place to protect his business. I anticipate using this range for years to come and following the posted rules to ensure that it is a positive experience and that I'm always welcome. :) I do believe that if you show up, follow the rules, and communicate well you will have a good experience at this shop. read more

This place has the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. We live very close to this range but will drive the extra miles to avoid it! The owner is rude and does not honor the Groupons that are purchased. They change the rules of purchase after you buy your groupon(No weekends, adult use only, no sharing,etc.) By the way they do not offer x-large buckets or when they do it is at an additional charge. We had purchased two groupons and had began to use one when they started pulling all the above mentioned rules out of their hat. They also told us that because they were in a dispute with Groupon that they would not even honor the second groupon. We contacted groupon and they were great about refunding our purchase price.
