Absolute top of the line appliances and immaculate premises... I'm excited for the owners and how they are gonna be a game changer to this industry!!! They're washers don't work I have had 3 separate experiences there regarding how I'm paying 11.50$ per washer for my clothes to still be dirty. When I asked for a refund or if they could re-wash them. The next time they were sopping wet like they didn't spin so I asked if they could spin them and was reluctantly told no again so I said well how about some quarters because it's going to cost 10$ to dry my clothes because they were so wet. The facility is not very clean and the washers smell and don't work well. I live 4 houses away so going there is super convenient. Instead I go to Laundry city on the corner of Filbert and Main st. They are nice welcoming, the facility is super clean and you get a little card and each wash you get a stamp so after 5 washes your 6 th is free. Not just one washer but your entire trip up to 5 washers and the dry is included.

I saw a homeless lady opening the dryers and taking out other people's clean clothes. I also saw people there who look like they are doing drugs. On one occasion I saw a male with blood stains on his pants and he was talking to himself (I saw no type of wireless headphones being used, so it couldn't be that). I know having blood on your pants and talking to yourself is not a crime, but I felt unsafe. On another occasion, my friend told me she saw what looked like a gun in the trunk of a car. She saw it when the male opened his car trunk to take the clothes out. I see that there are staff on duty which I appreciate greatly and thank you for that. I still rate this place a 5 star because staff is great, price is reasonable and the equipment is clean and in excellent working condition. I know that those issues are not your fault, but please do something more about the security other than cameras. I would love to keep coming here and in fact I drive 15 minutes just to go here, but I'm starting to feel unsafe at this location. My friendly suggestion is if you could maybe hire security for the high risk times and days (maybe at night and slow days) and or also have a male attendant instead of only a female especially in the night. Thank you so much!
