Not the case...I was singled out and embarrassed!! I was told I'm too weak to administer compressions, told my acrylic nails were in the way, and made to place my mannequin on the floor and work on it down there. I have never had problems here, in fact last time I came I breezed through and finished my test second and passed. That class was also full to capacity. The instructor was so kind and thorough and made sure everyone was all on the same page. Her name was Brittany, But yesterday, no Brittany. It was a woman named Michelle. She told me she has been teaching this class for 35 years. She was definitely on a power ego trip as she told me several times throughout the class she would not pass me. She was beyond kind and attentive to the only other two male EMTs that were there. She kept saying how we should be out by 8:30pm, when class was supposed to be until 9:30pm, she rushed through and skipped over video segments. When we were all done with our practical part, she said it was test time and stated that we would also be given a review to fill out rating her class. She said depending on the review, it would affect her job status!! Good review she stays employed, bad she loses job. After she handed me the review paper she softened up towards me. After the other two EMTs were finished with their tests and had left (yes they were finished first, no surprise because she stressed me out) As I was finishing my test and concentrating, she kept talking to me and making comments about random things. While I'm testing!! Long story short, I drove out of my way to come here. A 38 minute drive. I will now find a new location in two years when mine expires. Yes I passed, but it was the most humiliating experience. Three stars because she did change attitude towards the end and the other two EMTs were helping me and being supportive throughout.

I've taken previous CPR trainings from other companies, but this is the best I've experienced thus far. Our instructor really made sure we understood the material, gave us plenty of opportunities to practice the skills we learned, and did it all in a timely manner.

The day I took the course, that was the answer of every person in the class. With that in mind, this business did provide videos from the American Heart Association, as well as hands on to practice the skills, and to learn the protocols (including use of IED). This was good. So good, I scored 100% on the test. Now, the bad. The class was told that we should be receiving our BLS cards within a week. Well, I've been to this rodeo before, and most places have cards certifying the training at the time the course and test are completed. Not here. Pay attention, this part is important. It has now been 12 days since I completed the $70 course, and still, no card. I've called and texted the persons that are points of contact, to include my instructor. I've been told they are looking into where the lag is. Still, nothing. At this point, I do not get responses to emails or texts. Now, the petty bad. The class is in a hot, old dilapidated building. No AC in the summer. For me, this is a minor issue. For someone who hates the heat, it could be a deal breaker. Take the class in the morning, or, just go somewhere that will give you the card upon course completion and avoid my headache.

Paid $400 for AHA BLS instructor course. The night before he cancelled the class. Two weeks later he met with me in San Jose's law library (he was doing cpr classes with an older couple) to go over details but never gave proof of being certified. However, gave me all AHA materials and told me I would get proof after I sent him roster etc. Still no proof and he continues to lie to say it's just taking the training center a long time to process. Also calling the American Heart Association today to report that he is using their website. I have also been scammed by Mr. Taylor. Police, the BBB, and AHA are aware. Beware that he has two different business licenses in two different states. With 3-4 different addresses.

Something "unforseen" happened so be careful booking if you live a distance.. it sucks to loose money over no fault of your own especially during these times, it could have went on my kids instead of down the drain thank u red cross.
