I asked the Gal behind the counter, "By the way, are these rubies real?" The Gal whips out a laser scanner and scanned the stones in front of me -- and showed me on her readout, "Ruby." She scanned the other stones: they showed as "Garnet" and "Diamond." Another jeweler in town told me the stones were fake and offered me $350 for them. The Gal at John's Jeweler's gave me proof -- showed me the readout that the stones are real gemstones. John's Jeweler's is going to do the repair -- because I trust them. If you need jewelry repaired or want jewelry with real gemstones in it, go to John's Jeweler's. With fine jewelry, you gotta work with people you trust. Thanks, John's Jewelers.

I talked to them about what was going on and how I also wanted to smooth out the side prongs because they were digging into my finger. They suggested I run it all through insurance first so we could get as much of it covered. I came back when I got the okay from my insurance and Dom helped me out! We discussed what was going to be done, he gave me some tips on things we could do for my ring in the future to prevent it from bending a prong again, and then we got the quote. Hands down the best place to get your jewelers fixed! They finished it in about a week and it looks better than when I first got it! The prongs on the center stone are perfect, and the ones for the side diamonds look amazing! They were able to smooth them down a bit but then add more material to make sure they are nice and snug! Can't recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back to upgrade my ring a little more!

I was referred to Brinks by our previous engraver who closed down their shop. I reached out and talked to Nidal, who was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable. I basically gave him very little direction and left things in his hands; after all, he's the professional. I told him what I wanted etched, where I wanted it etched, and just told him to do whatever he thought was best. I gave him a two-week deadline, but of course the boss asked if we could get it sooner and Nidal came through. We were able to get it back in about 7-8 days.
