In October of 2025 I had an appointment to renew my medicine. Finish my appointment and the next day I went to the pharmacy to pick it up. The doctor never sent it. Call the office and was told I had to schedule another appointment because the doctor is no longer there. I schedule it for November. Got a call two days before my appointment and was told the new doctor no longer takes my insurance. Made another appointment for December with a new doctor and scheduled it for the Wildwood office. Got up and went to my appointment. Arrive 15 mins ahead of time, 5 min after my appointment was scheduled someone came on the screen at the desk, she stated all appointment were canceled. I never got a call. Just then my phone rang and it was premier Medical. I told them I was at the office and she said ok and hung up. Never scheduled a new appointment. Went back to talk to the person on the screen and she said I should of made an appointment with the staff on the phone. I left the office and called to reschedule the appointment in my car. Did so! 30 minutes later the call and said they over booked and said the needed to reschedule for January. Now I had already gone to urgent care twice because I was having an allergic reaction to something and my body was covered in hives. I tried to explain that to the appointment associate. She said sorry cant help until January. I said no thank you I will get my records and change Doctors and practice. I went to the Sumter office paid for my records and told the receptionist I was leaving the Practice. January 4 Premier Medical called and asked me why I did not show up for my appointment. Explained the situation again and said please do not charge my insurance or me, I did not schedule this appointment because I was out of town. This week they called me reschedule my appointment for my medication. So thanks for your concern, I will not be back!

There billing dept. doesn't know what there doing, had to have united health care tell me the right…read moreamount of money I owed them ( they tried to over change Me). They don't send billing statements just an email saying pay X amount of dollars. they canceled my appointment for not paying what they wanted and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on the appointment they canceled. Be careful, demand a billing statement so you know what you're paying for and go to there portal and print out there billing summery, they post there mistakes.

I was finally able to locate the building and walked in exactly 15 min late. I was told "the doctor has left for the day" and told to reschedule. The very doctor who claims on his profile "Listen to the patient and treat them like family." Really? If your family was seeing a new physician, coming from out of town and says "I'm running behind" and made every attempt to locate the building would you turn them away being 15 min late? Waited to next day no call so I called them , tech originally thought and MARKED on sheet "additional imaging needed" . Firstly , I'd like to say RUDE RUDE RUDE who ever answered the phone ! "We don't typically give results they are sent to Doctor" Yes, I know but NOT what I was told by Tech . So which is it ? Doctor says Mamogram in 1 year ? Well if he bothered to actually look I'm due for a mammogram in 7 months NOT one year even if nothing was found couldn't be bothered to actually look at my chart to see that tid bit of information? Confidence gone !
