Owner came out March 22, 2026., The door opened up for about 4 days with his 5 minute repair and charged me $65.00. I called him back out 3 other times for the same reason, as the eyes on the door would not allow the door to open or close correctly. The last time owner came out he stated he could not fix any longer, so I requested my money back. He basically stated just pull up the eyes, and the door should work. (uh). that lasted about a day or 2. I called him the 3rd time and i asked for the owner because the door would not close correctly because of the eyes on the door were not correct. The person who answered the phone stated he was the Owner, and he hung up the phone.., (WOW). I called Steel Valley Garage door 330-459-6522 where I found them on Facebook, and they came right out, ASAP., adjusted and moved the eyes on the doors and put oil in the door and corrected the problem and only charged $59.00.
