They are fair on returns and do the right things to make your experience positive. My only criticism would be sometimes they could man the checkouts better. It was not even as nice as the "Fresh Picked" basket for $57.90. instead of an azalea bush, it had a kalanchoe plant. I saw one apple and then a bunch of bananas just turned upside down on top. No ribbon, nothing! The basket was maybe 10" long and 4 " wide. Embarrassing is an understatement when the total paid was over $90 and you get such a meager basket and unprofessionally arranged as well. I called & spoke with the owner. He was pleased with what he sent & didn't care what I thought. Will never use them again!
